Elle offre une belle vue sur l’église du village et dispose d’un grand jardin très calme, agréable sans vis-à-vis, entièrement clos avec tables de jardin pour prendre les repas dehors (possibilité de faire des barbecues). In the charming village of Le Vaudoué–with the forest of Trois Pignons and its famous bouldering areas on one side, and rolling horse paddocks and lavender fields on the other–this little house is a cozy hideout for solo travelers or couples, with extra room for one or two little ones (or very close friends). It was completely renovated in 2021, and then refreshed in 2025, preserving the old stonework walls and high ceilings while adding the modern conveniences.

You have a private terrace with a splendid view of the forest and the rocks overlooking the village. Ideally located close to the most popular climbing sites in the Fontainebleau forest (the three pinnacles, Buthiers, Larchant, Nemours, the state forest), the Buthiers leisure center and the Augerville golf course.

Le Gîte - Forêt Des 3 Pignons

Located in a small typical village of Seine-et-Marne, at the foot of a church (which rings from 7am to 10pm). Accommodation located in our private courtyard with all amenities (equipped kitchen, stove, cozy bedroom upstairs, bathroom with large shower). In the heart of the 3 Pignons massif (Fontainebleau forest), nature lovers will appreciate the direct access to the forest. Château de Fontainebleau and Grand Parquet 10 minutes away. Free private parking.

Ô Lunain Nature and River 2* Lodge

Come and get a breath of fresh air and relax in our 2* rated gîte. The Ô Lunain gîte, 40 m2 house located in Nonville, village of the Lunain valley between Fontainebleau, Nemours and Morêt-sur-Loing. Peaceful oasis on a 4-hectare property with garden, woods and river. We live there in another house, we would be happy to host you. Electric heating/wood stove for those who want it. Not recommended for children under 10 years of age for safety reasons (river).

Bakery is a 7-min walk away. Supermarkets 10 min., A6 and TER 5 min drive. Ideal for visiting the area.

In our property, come and discover this totally independent outbuilding. You will enjoy a modern decoration embellished with a few "vintage" touches. A garden of more than 1000m² will be totally dedicated to you. The proximity of the forest of Fontainebleau and particularly the spot of 3 Pignons, will delight you! Architect house of 260m² , quiet, located in the middle of trees and rocks, on a natural land of 10,000m² on the slope of a hill. 5 min drive to the Forêt des Trois Pignons and the famous 25 bumps trail, 15 min to the Fontainebleau forest and 10 min to the Buthiers leisure base. 10 min from climbing sites and equestrian centers. Numerous walks or bike rides (not provided but renter on request) possible upon departure from the house.
