Monthly Rentals in Le Verdon

We had a great time with the family at Marie and Mathieu's. The house is in all respects as described and the setting (Castellane/Gorges du Verdon) is beautiful. It would just be missing a barbecue or a plancha to cook outside and better enjoy the terraces! Thanks to Emma for her responsiveness and I would recommend this place without hesitation!

My partner and I selected Katerine's home to spend our Christmas this year. It was better than the photos and the welcome we received from Katerine was so kind! A cozy fireplace, Christmas decor. She did her best to make us feel welcome. During the course of our nearly two week stay, we immensely enjoyed her home; the beautiful village of Bargemon and surrounding nature. We had an incredible time, a Christmas to remember in this cozy little mountain village. We would love to stay here again- it was perfect: spacious, fenced (for our two small dachshunds), walking distance to the bakery and shop and with a lovely view on the surrounds. Great place for a few nights in beautiful Castellane. Andrew and his helper Louisette were lovely to deal with & very responsive. The apartment was very clean and well located. I was a bit worried as we had a car and parking was not included but we were told it was readily available 50m down the road for free which it was each day during our stay. We stayed in October and the apartment was warm and suited us and our teenage son. Although it is on the main road through the village it is perfectly quiet. A very good place for the price. Just so you know, there is no balcony in the apartment and it has small windows so not a lot of natural light. Also we could not checkin at the time we wanted as they were not available between four and six pm. It was ok for us but was not explained. All minor things and for the price we were very happy with our stay.
