From this accommodation you can reach all the important places in no time. Within 3 minutes on foot you can reach the supermarket, the bakery, the butcher, the pharmacy and a restaurant with a beer garden. In the city of Kempten you can reach it by car in 5 minutes, a bus stop is within sight. The apartment (90 m²) is on the 1st floor, is very bright and spacious. From the terrace you can see a fauna-flora habitat. Within a few kilometres you will find hiking trails, lakes and ski resorts.

Directly on the edge of the forest, on a hill, the gable points frontally towards the Allgäu mountains and the Alps. In the summer months, cowbell ringing is to be expected. A heat cabin is located in the cozy gazebo.
