Our place is close to great views, restaurants and dining, supermarkets, and family-friendly activities. Less than 10 minutes from I-15 and Thanksgiving Point. Within 30 minutes away from downtown Salt Lake City, 40 minutes from the airport, and 20 minutes from Provo. Five major ski resorts all within a 50 minute drive or less. The Jordan River Trail is right outside the door, offering a great place for walking or bike riding. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families.

New bsmt apartment-Private entrance-Pickleball

Modern basement apartment close to Thanksgiving Point. Space is new. No pets allowed due to chickens in the backyard. Fiber internet. This place is ideal for biz travelers or couples. Private backyard pickleball court. It is 40 min drive to ski, 10 min to mountain biking and a short walk to a park. The family upstairs walks around on the main floor from 7:00am until 11pm. Opposite the kitchen wall is a room used by the family to exercise or watch movies. The hot tub is not for guests use.

"This is a newly finished, private entrance, basement apartment with 8 1/2 foot ceilings and above ground windows with plantation shutters. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood within minutes of American Fork Canyon, Mount Timpanogos, Thanksgiving Point, Cabelas, and easy freeway access. UVU is 15 minutes away, BYU campus is 30 minutes, and Sundance Ski Resort is 23 miles away. The suite is not wheelchair accessible because of rock steps to the entrance. See photos.

Ground level guest suite, 2 bedrooms; 2 king size beds, 3 TVs, newly remodeled. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place in Lehi, Utah. (No Smoking allowed anywhere on the property. Please don't book if this is an issue!)
