Monthly Rentals in Leipers Fork

We had an amazing stay at the Story Book Cottage. Our 5 year old granddaughter loved being there with us, too. Such a unique peaceful place. We loved everything about it! Matthew was an excellent host!

One of our favorite out of town stays and our favorite hosts! Beautiful, clean, peaceful home and beautiful people to host it! Kasey and JT are the finest of people and so generous and welcoming and connecting! This home is a home away from home and has everything you need and then some. We love the animal friends and doggos on the property. We wouldn’t choose anywhere else when traveling south!

Amazing place! Very short walk to the center of Leipers Fork. Really nice hot tub. Loved the kitchen and the entire vibe of the place is something special. I stayed 4 nights and plan to come back again. Thank you!

We enjoyed staying at the cabin very much. It is located in one of the prettiest locations in Tennessee. Leiper’s Fork captures the real TN while being within 20-30 minutes of Franklin, Thompson Station and Nashville. I would highly recommend Margaret Ann and her property.
