My hairdressing salon is furnished like a special apartment: concrete ceiling and floor, beautiful furniture from the 50s and 60s, GDR kitchen "Karin" with everything you need, including a fully automatic coffee machine. The double bed has been extended to 2 meters and promotes a restful sleep with new mattresses opposite the Thomaskirche. Tram within walking distance. New hotspot, tourist tax €3 per person per night.

The building is a former paper warehouse of a printing house and very nice to look at. There is a lot of light and despite the downtown location it is nice and quiet inside. From the centrally located place, you can quickly reach all the important places in the city. The RedBull Arena and the Quarterback Arena can be reached in minutes by tram, while every lake is 20 minutes away. The house is located in the second row and has a small garden. A conservatory for sunbathing and relaxing is also included.

Liebe/r Gast/in, sofern ich mich nicht daheim befinde, stelle ich meine Wohnung für Gäste über Airbnb zur Verfügung. Dazu werden die meisten persönlichen Sachen verstaut und ich überlasse meinen großen Wohnbereich mit Küche, Bad und Essbereich, sowie einem zusätzlichem Schlafzimmer (insg. 70qm). Gleich um die Ecke gibt es ein Cafe am Park sowie alle nötigen Läden, eine Haltestelle ist 3min entfernt. In die Innenstadt benötigt man ca. 10min mit der Bahn. Liebe Grüße Lukas
