The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

A highlight is the very large, partly covered roof terrace overlooking Lake Störmthal with the sauna, second terrace with large open space in front of the living room. Good for quiet vacations, hiking, and all kinds of water sports. Ideal for family vacation. Small private beach.

this new built holiday flat has 2 rooms (1 bedroom with a king size bed and a living room with a studio couch (2 more sleeping places). it has a patio, heated floor and is fully furnished. You also have your own sauna. shopping and public transportation is available within a few walking minutes.
