Here you will find a nice bright studio apartment. The gable sides are glazed and each equipped with a balcony. In the middle of the apartment there are an additional 10 skylights that provide a pleasant living environment. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin with rain shower, sink with mirror and toilet. A bed 140/200 and a sofa bed are available for sleeping. The bed is visually separated from the rest of the room by a thread curtain. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could ever need. The cooking and dining area is immediately adjacent to the cozy TV corner and also the reading corner.

During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The studio is on the 2nd floor of a modernized farmhouse in a spectacular location. The property is located on the slope of the highest elevation before the Alps in northern Chiemgau. From the courtyard there is a view to the east far over the land and to the south to the mountain range. Lake Chiemsee is about 25 km away. In the municipality there is a swimming lake in a beautiful location. We operate an organic farm with chickens, bees and free-range pigs and a small sheep farm.

Our Tiny House "Gänseblümchen" is with about 16 sqm a cozy retreat and has everything you wish for a relaxing vacation. Very special is your private wellness area with barrel sauna and hot tub, which can also be a refreshment in the summer. In the house you can enjoy the mountain view in the hammock or relax in bed streaming something.

The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.

Welcome to Tittmoning, an idyllic small town on the Salzach. Lake Leitgeringer is 5 minutes away by car. The 66 m² new apartment is within walking distance of the historic old town and is very quiet (dead end). It is a new building (hillside house), the garden is not yet completely finished. If that does not bother you, then we are very much looking forward to seeing you. Food is provided by supermarkets, a butcher shop, several bakers, and restaurants.

Be a guest in my single-family home. I am present in the evening and at night, otherwise 3 cats live here. All communal facilities such as bathroom, kitchen, dining area, living room with TV, fitness room and a large garden are at your disposal. Your room has a 140 cm wide bed. Tüßling is known for its concerts and garden days in summer, as well as the Christmas market. A bus stop and a train station are within a few minutes' walk.
