With a tram stop only 2 minutes walk away, you can be in the city centre/Waverley Station in under 25 minutes, or Edinburgh Airport in 1 hour.

The sights of central Edinburgh are just a 20-minute ride away - buses leaving every few minutes from right outside the door; trams all the way to the airport a 2 minute walk away. You can also enjoy a walk in neighbouring Holyrood Park, taking in the Science Museum and The Scottish Parliament Building which are close by.

The apartment is just off Leith Walk, within walking distance of Princes Street. Entrance to the building is through the coded side gate which adds another level of security to the building,entrance to the garage is with a fob with space for one car.
