This beautiful, thatched house is completely undisturbed in the shelter behind the dune right out to the North Sea and has a wonderful view of the valley and its rich wildlife. Here is a very special atmosphere and the house is beautiful whether you want to have fun with family and friends, come to enjoy the tranquility and the wonderful landscape or want to sit focused on some work. There is always shelter right around the house, where the sun is from when it rises until the evening falls. You can go down to bathe in a few minutes.

The apartment is located in Lemvig. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed, a nice kitchen with a dining area and a nice little garden that can also be used. It is very centrally located and in a few minutes you are down by the harbor and the pedestrian street. The apartment has an attached carport, but it is also possible to park on the street. Accommodates 4 cars. Loan bike. Walking distance to shopping, city center, restaurants, and walking in the sweet valley. Opposite is a small playground and within a short distance a tennis court, golf course, padel and swimming pool as well as lovely bathing beaches. On a hilltop with panoramic views of the entire southwestern corner of Limfjorden is Oldes Hytte. The cottage, which is from 2021, accommodates up to 6 guests, but with its 47 m2, it also appeals to couples, girlfriend weekends and time alone. The price includes electricity. Remember to bring bedding and towels. It is possible, for a fee, to charge an electric car with a Refuel Norwesco charger. We expect the cottage to be left as it is received.

The hallway is arranged for easier cooking and there is regular service, coffee maker, electric kettle, egg cooker, mini electric oven and fridge.
