Shared bathroom with owner, private toilet on the 1st floor. For the little ones, there is a weekend bed and high chair. There is access to a large fenced garden. Bed linen, towels and cleaning are included in the price. The landlord lives on the ground floor.

The house is located 500 meters from the harbor with free boat slipway and good shopping. There are nice restaurants and an oyster bar within walking distance.
