— ABOUT THE CABIN — We were inspired by The Thief in Oslo. It took two years to build. The result is Tyven — an 80 sqm boutique cabin with a large window facing Mjøsa — Norway's largest lake — from the kitchen. Featured in National Geographic Traveller. Private jacuzzi, two full bathrooms, and peace and privacy in Mjøsa's natural surroundings. Kitchen, bathroom and one bedroom on the first floor — living room and two bedrooms on the lower floor. Well thought out down to the last detail, 30 minutes from Gardermoen.

Welcome to a bright and modern half of a semi-detached house with a very good layout. The home is centrally located, but in a quiet and calm residential area in Raufoss – perfect for families, business travellers, and weekend trips. The home is within walking distance of Raufoss city centre (about 15 minutes) with a shopping centre, bus, train and a selection of restaurants. In the surrounding area, you will find great hiking opportunities in both summer and winter. It is also only about a 15-minute drive to Gjøvik.

The stabbur belongs to the small farm Kollbekk. Large green areas and dog yard with house will be available to the guests. The location is in the vicinity of Mjøsa about a 1 hour drive from Gardermoen, the airport bus stops 200 meters from us. Within 15 minutes there is Totenåsen with abundant hiking opportunities winter such as summer, Norsk Hestesenter Starum, Gjøvik and Toten golf club Sillong, Gjøvik city with mountain hall and wheel steamer Skibladner. An hour's drive to the Mjøsbyene Lillehammer and Hamar.

Settle down and enjoy extra space in the old farmhouse here at Øvre Gjestvang. The house is located on a farm, with full farm operations. The house is large and spacious, and is located with a lovely view over Mjøsa. By car it is about 1 hour to Lillehammer, 50 min to Gjøvik, 30 min to Hamar and about 20 min to Brumunddal. Approximately 40 minutes to Lillehammer and Hamar, 80 minutes to Oslo Airport, 3 hours to Larvik. Free parking. The house is fully equipped. A sheltered outdoor area where you can enjoy the sunrise.

There are 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, one bathroom with 2 showers, garage, laundry room, 2 terraces with one of them as a partial winter garden, open plan kitchen and living room. TV, internet, ventilation, heat pump and air conditioning.

The summer barn at Hovelsrud, Helgøya

The old summer barn of Hovelsrud Gård is idyllically located between Mjøsa and a rolling grain field – a simple and unique place for those who want to get close to nature and enjoy the tranquility of Helgøya. The house is best suited for a couple or a small family with up to two children. Inside, there is a bedroom and an open living room. Outside there is a kitchen counter with a gas burner and a grill, a small beach where you can swim, and an outdoor toilet. There is no electricity.

Here you have immediate proximity to the wilderness that offers hiking, biking, swimming, fishing, cross-country skiing and several playgrounds for kids. The cottage is luxurious and fully equipped, with WiFi included. Bedding&towels can be rented for €25 per person.

The boys' room at Båkinn farm

We have renovated the old boy living room on the farm, and rent it out for short and longer stays. The place is best suited for 2 adults, or a family with 2 smaller children. The home is located in the courtyard, but still shielded. It is a short walking distance to Mjøsa, you walk down in 5 minutes. You can swim there. The pilgrim's path goes right past the yard, and there are many other nice hiking opportunities by bike and on foot.
