We welcome you to our 2 accommodations in a quiet area surrounded by greenery , but very close to big cities , Lille 20 minutes , Lens 25 minutes, Arras 30 minutes . The building is independent of our house. On the ground floor are the living room, the toilet and the kitchen and upstairs the bedroom with the bathroom. The breakfast option is possible at €10 per person. We are 3 km from the forest of Phalempin. For work, the highway is 7 minutes away. I look forward to welcoming you😁.

Close to major roads (Douai and Lens 12 minutes away, Lille and Arras 25 minutes away). You can park for free close by. An electric terminal is 50 m away. Accommodation Ideal for taking contests in Gayant expo. Mezzanine with a choice of 160 bed or two beds. The third bed is to be booked extra with mattress and linen of course provided.

With an area of 25 m2 and located on the 3rd floor (no elevator), it includes a spacious living area (double bed 160 x 200 cm, connected TV and large storage closet). A snack area is integrated into the kitchen (fridge, stove, SENSEO coffee machine, kettle, toaster). The bathroom is equipped with a large shower, hair dryer, towel dryer and toilet.

Le 245 is a 50 m2 apartment in the heart of Douai city center, with a 160 x 200 cm bed, on the first floor by stairs. Free parking on Place du Barlet, a 2-minute walk, or on the street (paid from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.), and close to all other amenities (restaurants, supermarkets and shops). 10 mins walk to train station. The apartment has been renovated, and has double glazed windows.
