Located in the heart of the district of Rosenegg in Fieberbrunn, this modern chalet offers you the perfect blend of high quality equipment, comfort and central location. The open floor plan and modern decor create a bright and friendly atmosphere. The spacious kitchen-living room is the heart of the chalet and invites you to share cooking evenings. It is equipped with the most modern appliances and also offers a comfortable sofa bed that offers additional sleeping space for guests.

The old mill in beautiful nature overlooking the mountains has been lovingly renovated and has comfortable space for 6 with its 120 sqm of living space. The house is quiet and alone and has a fully sunny, invisible terrace and a wildly romantic garden by the creek. On the ground floor there is a well-equipped country house kitchen, living room with fireplace, large dining table, cozy large sofa and TV corner. A total of 5 bedrooms and bathroom, as well as sauna and shower.

Small cozy cottage near Zell am See!

We rent out our small cottage near Zell am See. Very quiet location on the edge of the forest with a small stream and almost no other neighbors (only two other vacation homes nearby!) Simply furnished, one double bedroom, living room with fireplace and two more beds on a gallery in the living room. There is space for up to three people/children. There's a ladder up! TV + Internet. Small kitchen and simple bathroom! Heating is provided by an automatic pellet stove.

Time out on the mountain. With us at the Alpeltalhütte at 1100 m, directly below steep rock walls and surrounded by forest and nature, you will find your perfect place for your time out. The Alpeltalhütte, which has existed since 1919, has been completely renovated by us and now offers six wonderful, modern apartments built with natural raw materials. Here you can walk right from the front door and start your adventure around the Berchtesgaden mountains.

In the middle of the mountains, far away from street noise, we offer a cozy room with a bathroom and toilet. From here you can start great hikes and mountain tours. Quiet, relaxing location. Our rose room with balcony and cozy seating also offers a mini fridge, coffee maker, coffee powder, tea bags, kettle, dishes for 2 people for breakfast. The room is equipped with the essentials to prepare a small snack or breakfast.
