Nice little apartment in a quiet area of town. The bus stop right out front was very convenient. Everything was clean, and the kitchen was equipped with all the utensils and dishes you could need. Hosts were very nice and responsive. Thank you for letting us use your wonderful place!

I was a second-time guest at Oliver's and was now able to get to know the second apartment. The apartment is clean, spacious, all necessary utensils are available and the location to the city, the ski resort, the adjacent restaurants and supermarkets is ideal. If you use the ski depot at the Natrunbahn, you don't have to drag your skis. All in all a very nice place to stay in a beautiful area. We will be happy to come back. Thank you.

Beautiful cottage offered by the charming hostess Christina. Cozy, well equipped and especially matches the photos. This place is a little far from Salzburg but the city remains close by with public transport. It's a very nice place if you want peace and quiet and get together alone. I had a lovely stay and recommend it if you are visiting Austria.

We were there for cycling over the Easter days. The accommodation exceeded our expectations. It was really very nice, clean and quiet. On the holidays, the host even responded to our messages and found event tips. We fully recommend the place!

I was alone in this huge house. But I counted the beds and matched the details. Also nicely divided for 9 guests. In my opinion, "Tim" is not a person, but a synonym. The house is professionally managed by an administration. I'm sure I didn't communicate with any Tim. There was no phone contact. Was also not necessary, I got all the information here. The rest was self-explanatory. I was definitely satisfied, even if the townhouse is not quite as shown in the photos. So 1980s but ok and clean in a quiet settlement and definitely worth the money. Thank you, Nina! This was one of the best stays, we immediately felt like home. The apartment was super clean and modern. It was light and kitchen had anything, along with Nespresso machine. The building was super tradicional from outside, but really modern on the inside, with a lot of cute touches. You could feel Nina hosts with heart :-). She was super helpful and kind, we had a really good feeling after meeting her. We would love to come back anytime. Such a nice stay, that it made our winter holiday in Kaprun ever better!

SIMPLY WONDERFUL! A small jewel of apartment, clean, equipped with useful comforts x both short and long stays. Wonderful area with a very comfortable bus stop that in halfhour takes you to the center of Salzburg (in 3, A/R paid 20 euros). Super helpful and very kind host. I would come back with my eyes closed!

We really enjoyed our stay at Silvi's place. The house is in a prime location really close to the centre of Kitzbühel (3 minute walk) while also being in a quiet cul-de-sac away from the bustle of the town centre. Silvi couldn't do enough to help us feel settled in and welcome in her home. She made some great suggestions for local attractions to visit without which our holiday probably wouldn't have been so good. The house itself is over 3 floors and you have access to the whole of the ground floor. It's worth noting that Silvi and her partner live above with access to their dwellings through the hallway on the ground floor so it's not strictly true that you have the whole place to yourself and owing to the age of the building you can hear them walking around. This was in no way a problem for us but it's worth pointing out to future guests in case it is for them. The character of the home is so authentic and along with Silvi's kindness, I would highly recommend a stay!

Had a lovely stay at Christine’s place that is only a short drive outside Salzburg. Christine responded to any questions quickly and always greeted us with smile. The surrounds are peaceful and private. Enjoyed listening to the birds in the morning and watching the farm cats in the field outside the patio. Very well stocked kitchen and the automatic espresso machine made perfect coffee. Would return in a heartbeat if in Salzburg area again.

As a family of 5 this was a great place to stay. Plenty of room for all of us! Conny was a great host - really quick responsiveness to messages. She was there to greet us as soon as we arrived, and showed us everything in the house. It was absolutely spotless! Our children loved the sandpit and slide, as well as the piano! It was a beautiful property and location, so peaceful. Our children particularly loved watching the family of sheep and lambs! The bus stop (to go into the centre of Salzburg) was a 10 minute walk and buses run regularly. We hired a car (after flying into Munich) and had lots to do from the doorstep with the use of a car. There is a supermarket just 3 minutes from the house too which is super convenient. We would definitely stay here again - no one really wanted to leave!

Fantastic accommodation, great value for money. 5 minute drive to Dorfgastein and shops. Kitchen had all necessary equipment for cooking. Warm and toasty inside, great views. Brigitte was a fantastic host very responsive, friendly and helpful. No washing machine but Brigitte did a few loads for us for a small fee. Definitely recommend this accommodation. Thankyou for a great stay.

The place was amazing! Peaceful and quiet and so close to the gondola and to downtown. Gabriele was super nice and hospitable. Highly recommend!

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area with parking in front of the house. You go to the apartment at ground level despite the hillside location, which was an advantage for my mother with a walker. Unfortunately, the weather was modest, but thanks to Netflix and cozy apartment, a rainy day "at home" was also no problem. The apartment is fully furnished, the beds were wonderfully comfortable. All in all we had a few very nice days. Thanks to Daniela !

We really had everything we needed! The bus connection to the old town is excellent. Due to the quiet location of the apartment, we recovered very well. We will be happy to come back!

Felix's place was as described. The location is really super close to Lake Chiemsee, but you can also quickly reach beautiful areas in the mountains by car. Ideal for an active holiday with a dog.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb. Monika and her husband were truly exceptional hosts. They were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The apartment was spotless, very comfortable, and had everything a guest could need. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, including a lovely welcome gift that made the stay feel even more special. Everything was incredibly well organized and easy to navigate. The location is also excellent. It is about 30 minutes walking to the city center, but buses are very convenient and easy to use. If you are driving, there is parking available which is very helpful. We highly recommend staying here. Monika and her husband created a space that is not only practical and clean but also filled with care and attention. It is a perfect place to stay while visiting the area.

Great stay at Viktoria’s apartment. Easy to find, very clean, spacious and relaxing. The patio is a bonus. Easy access to Salzburg city centre via the number 4 bus, takes less than 15 minutes, the bus stop is right outside, on the other side of the road. Can recommend

We enjoyed the apartment very much. Everything was as described. Check-in was also hassle-free. The location is great for excursions, and various ski resorts are also easily accessible for skiing. I'm sure we'll be back.
