The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

The 23 newly renovated apartment for 1 to 4 people offers a spacious living room with double sofa bed (140 × 200 cm) and south-facing balcony, as well as the bedroom with double bed, sink and south-east balcony ensure your relaxation. You dine in the fully equipped kitchen with spacious and cozy dining area and south-east balcony. There is also a bathroom with tub and shower and a separate toilet, as well as a hallway with a wardrobe and additional large built-in closet are available.

... in the district of Garmisch-Partenkirchen lies in the Ammer Valley between the world-famous Passion Play town of Oberammergau and the "Blue Land" of Murnau, with its famous artists around the "Blaue Reiter" group. Our alpine hut is located at the foot of the "Hörnle," the local mountain of Bad Kohlgrub, in an absolutely quiet location and is the starting point for hikes, ski tours, snowshoeing, sledding and is just 5 minutes from the mountain railway station 1 - 2 dogs are welcome.

This is our large first-floor apartment. Converted from the former village store with over 3 m room height and plenty of space for everyone - not only in the large central living room, but also with enough retreat space in the lounge and the four bedrooms. The cozy 1-room apartment is about 25 square meters, has a living-bedroom and a bathroom with shower/toilet. It was newly renovated in 2022. There is no separate kitchen, so there is no cooking facility, but refrigerator, coffee maker, crockery and kettle.
