... in the district of Garmisch-Partenkirchen lies in the Ammer Valley between the world-famous Passion Play town of Oberammergau and the "Blue Land" of Murnau, with its famous artists around the "Blaue Reiter" group. Our alpine hut is located at the foot of the "Hörnle," the local mountain of Bad Kohlgrub, in an absolutely quiet location and is the starting point for hikes, ski tours, snowshoeing, sledding and is just 5 minutes from the mountain railway station 1 - 2 dogs are welcome.

This is our large first-floor apartment. Converted from the former village store with over 3 m room height and plenty of space for everyone - not only in the large central living room, but also with enough retreat space in the lounge and the four bedrooms. Light from all sides, two modern bathrooms, terrace directly on the stream with a view of the Zugspitze, garden, nice old and new details - what more could you want?
