Studio au Pied des Pistes residence Agnelin

Charming studio of 24 sqm, ideally located at the foot of the slopes, with a ski locker. Nestled on the top floor, it has a magnificent view of the mountains and is located in a quiet and well-maintained residence, equipped with an elevator. Inside, you will find a bunk bed, a sofa bed for 2 people and another sofa bed for 1 person, perfect for family and friends. The sde has been recently renovated, adding a modern twist to this cozy space.

Village cottage

The cottage is attached to our house and independent. A mezzanine with double bed, and on the ground floor in the main room, a single bed equipped with a pull-out bed that can sleep a 4th person. It is a small village of Belledonne, 30 minutes from the 7 Laux ski resort at the start of hiking trails with many road bike and mountain bike routes. A movie theater 7 km away in the valley the pleasure of meeting and sharing homemade jams!

We recently bought this studio, the living room has been completely renovated by us and equipped to the best of our abilities. There is a balcony directly overlooking the slopes. The sanitary facilities have not yet been renovated but are functional.
