This accommodation is located in Fontcouverte on our property with private garden. Starting point for beautiful forest hikes on the road to St Jacques de Compostela to discover the Roman fountains. It is located 1 km from the Louis Rouyer-Guillet golf course. Saintes with its rich heritage is 3 km away. Pharmacy – laundromat – Intermarché and Lidl nearby and a bakery 3+1 300 m from the house. Relax in this quiet and elegant accommodation, 1 bedroom with 140 bed + living room with 1 comfortable sofa for 2 people, kitchen, parking where you have to get out of your vehicle for more ease to drop off your things, a large garden. cleaning is not included, everyone must return the accommodation as it was on arrival linens on reservations of at least 2 days per night plan your sheets and towels. a key box is located at the entrance of the door on the left side

Completely refurbished apartment. Spacious and bright in a very quiet residence and area for up to 4 people. 2 bedrooms with 160 x 200 queen size beds, separate toilet, shower room, living room, fully equipped kitchen, oven, microwave, dishwasher and high table. Parking space included with the accommodation. 20 min walk to the city center, 8 min drive to the train station, 30 min to the beach. Bonus: A regional cake and a beer are offered to welcome you.
