The space The apartment is on 2 floors with 2 bedrooms in a row. Ideal for a couple with kids. Access is via an external staircase leading to a terrace overlooking the private garden with views of St Denis Church. The apartment has on the 1st floor a spacious living room with a dining area adjoining the open plan kitchen, a living room equipped with a wood stove, a shower room & separate toilet. An interior staircase leads to 2 adjoining bedrooms upstairs.

This magical house located on the banks of the Seine, very close to Les Andelys is a haven of peace and gentleness. It is ideal for 2 families, or a group of friends because it makes you want to share. The soft light and the river that flows in front of us invite us to calm down and relax.
