Amazing location on the busy main quai, nestled among busy cafes and restaurants, the location was fantastic. Yet one of the quietest apartments I have stayed in. Perfect for a few days exploring beautiful La Rochelle.

Beautiful location in the old town of La Rochelle. Restaurants and market hall just around the corner - but still a little away from the tourist hustle and bustle. The furnishings are functional and good. Everything is easily accessible on foot. Parking lot about 200 meters to walk.

the apartment was very clean, there was everything you need, wifi tv , the bed made on arrival, towel and soap in the bathroom and treats on arrival, the kitchen is also well equipped. It feels like home and the affordable price is much better. Only an hotel room.

This was our second time staying at this place and as before we enjoyed the calm, amenities, proximity to the city while being in the countryside and the warmth of hospitality. Everything was perfect for our family meetup.

We come for the 2nd time, always impeccable accommodation, small touches, good communication, ideal for a small family, perfect accommodation for several days of vacation, 20 km from Puy du Fou, peaceful, quiet, you can sleep with the windows open without being disturbed by noise or mosquitoes. If we ever have to go back to Puy du Fou, we'll know where to go.

Thank you for letting us spend our holidays in your vacation paradise. We enjoyed your beautiful cottage and the pool was a real winner for our kids. The village of Jard-sur-mer and the beautiful surroundings have also charmed us very much. It was then a plus that we were able to explore all this by bike. The listing description was as we expected, all the amenities were present and functional. the most: step-free house and fully fenced.. easy for children and the elderly and the dog:) Nearby: bakery, market, children's play area and at the edge of a small arm of the sea! Perfect for the beach vacation The house is located directly behind the dunes and is close to the town center, where you can buy everything. You don't need a car to get maximum relaxation. We'll be more than happy to return next time!

Very beautiful home in the heart of Bois Plage 10 mins walk to the sea and 5 mins to the city center with its shops and market 3 beautiful bedrooms including one with its built-in shower room and 1 beautiful bathroom with bathtub. A pleasant terrace with a beautiful table a good umbrella in case of great sunshine. Clean, functional house, as described and very easy to stay with a toddler and family. Thanks!

Great house to welcome our surf trip in Vendee. The accommodation is very well located, everything is accessible by bike, and their availability is a real plus. The house is very well equipped and was in pristine condition. Communication with the host was simple and responsive. I would definitely recommend this property.

Kevin was very responsive and helpful with questions. He greeted us and showed us how everything worked. He was very friendly. It was a very comfortable stay. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room on the very large sofa for our family. The pool was beautiful and bigger than it looked on the photo. There was a safe hard pool cover which was good for children. The showers were very good quality. It was very spacious place to stay with walk in wardrobe and view of pool from main bedroom. Good amount of shade outside with big umbrella over table and outside awning. Outside area with pizza oven was nice extra. Kitchen was high quality. Very short walk to supermarket was convenient. Felt safe to cycle with children right from property. Property felt private and not overlooked at all. Could hear the sea at night and so many stars. Was nicely decorated but not personal so felt at home right away.

Well everything was perfect,the accommodation was perfect,nice and quiet ,nice bed,coffee pods available and bottle of water and bottle of orange juice Very nice city lots of shops and restaurants. Nice bicycle paths. Very nice area including Ile de Re beautiful villages. In summary,her was great.
