Situated in our 2 acre garden in a residential neighbourhood, opposite the pine forest. You can walk to the village for boulangerie and restaurants. We are 15 min from the Atlantic beaches of Contis. Fully self-contained and furnished 20 m2 studio. 1 km from the village center: - bakery, SPAR convenience store, wine bar, 3 restaurants (including 1 gourmet and a good pizzeria), 2 bars, Sunday morning market. 1/4 hour from Contis Beach, 20 minutes from Mimizan. Guests will enjoy the entire garden, an outdoor terrace for lunch/dinner, electric grill available. The forest is opposite 3 minutes away, a farmyard with talkative chickens nearby.
