Lovely little character Victorian terraced house, a short walk from the centre of Tunbridge Wells. Jen's communication was excellent and we really appreciated her flexibility regarding cehck-in. The sitting room was extremely cosy with the log burner alight, and the separate dining room with a good solid table was a bonus. The kitchen is compact but well-equipped and had everything we needed to cook an Easter roast! Both bedrooms are a good size for a cottage with comfortable beds and high quality bed-linen. We had a lovely time at Emily and Daniel’s place. Both were very friendly and communicative. Everything was very smooth and easy. Beautiful property and very peaceful location! Would recommend!

Always a pleasure to visit the cottage and feels like a second home! New bedlinen and a new bathroom blind indicate how Estella looks after the cottage and keeps it fresh and loved. An easy place to be and always a delight for me and my dogs to be there. Thank you and I’ll hope to be back soon!

Andy's home was as described and was perfect for what we required. Andy was easy to communicate with and provided easy to understand instructions for check in and out and general info about the house and local area.

We had a fantastic stay at Leanne’s. The house is absolutely gorgeous and spotlessly clean. The beds were super comfy and cosy too. We had breakfast in the sun in her beautiful peaceful garden. There is a folder full of recommendations for the area and beyond. Location was great with a bus stop less than 5 mins walk away. Thank you so much!

Spent Christmas in this cottage with relatives and it was perfect. Very warm and cosy, with lovely furnishings and so comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to make Christmas dinner. The hosts were very friendly and had decorated the cottage beautifully for Christmas and left us essential groceries and treats. We had a brilliant time. Lovely walks nearby and lots of places to see. Highly recommended.

This was the perfect house for a family weekend together. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We were lucky enough to have fantastic weather and enjoyed the comfortable garden furniture. The garden was safe for my toddler grand daughter. When we wanted to go out it was an easy walk to the Hove cafes etc and to the beach. We had a really relaxing time and would love to come again.

Great flat on quiet road in Seven Dials. Good size with lots of natural light and right on the doorstep to local restaurant and bars. Tom was very responsive. Enjoyable stay.

Gorgeous flat, tastefully furnished, comfortable beds, quiet, fully equipped, everything works. Did I mention the gorgeous sea views?

We had a relaxing and peaceful time at Roger's place. Although we arrived rather late at 11pm, the self-check in instructions were very helpful and we had a very comfortable night at the property. I would love to be back in the near future.

I stayed in Alexandre‘s apartment with my ten year old son and we both fell in love with the place at first sight. The high ceilings, the old wooden floor, the furniture, the views - everything is beautiful. Alexandre’s taste is exceptionally good. The view into the backyard, which is full of trees, is totally soothing. While having breakfast, we spotted squirrels, birds and two foxes strolling around. Alexandre was very helpful and always replied within very short time. We also appreciated the area very much. There are some really good cafés - and the Asian restaurants on Preston Street are just amazing. My son said, he could „eat in this street for the rest of his life.“ I almost agreed. ;) Hope to come back one day! Thank you, Alexandre!

Great place, so close to the pier and Julie was a fantastic host.

Lovely apartment by Worthing seafront, with all the comforts needed for a short stay. Super clean , all very new. The hosts were quick in communications and instructions to access very clear. We would have loved a little “welcome breakfast” kit , as we arrived late evening with a kid , and we did not have time for food shopping. Overall, very nice place to stay!

Peaceful, excellent value and suitable for a family stay. It is short walk to the beach and there are good restaurants and shops nearby. Good bus transport links to some touristic places.

Great place, right at the beach, place very clean and tidy with all you need. Lisa was very helpful and explained all we needed. Would recommend for a nice break out of the city.

Little Rock is a fabulous property in a stunning location. This part of East Sussex/Kent border is really interesting and the countryside is lovely. The main room kitchen/lounge are is huge and very comfortable with lovely views over the country side with the small railway spur line at the bottom of the valley, (we were lucky to see the Spa Railway steam train both days we stayed). Bedrooms were all well decorated and very clean and the ones with ensuite facilities were huge. The kitchen and utility room were both extremely well appointed and we did a lot of cooking but did not run short of pots and pans etc etc. We would not hesitate to recommend Little Rock and all 9 of us were very sad to leave.

Pauline and her husband were both very communicative and extremely welcoming! A quick stay for us, but they have a beautiful home and were happy to go above and beyond to provide extra help. Thanks!

Ingram House is a beautiful house with an amazing, beautiful garden.We had a wonderful stay.Antonio responded to all messages quickly but the star of the check in/communication whilst there was Shirley the wonderful housekeeper.Such a lovely lady, who made contact before we arrived to confirm all details, meet us for check in and check out and responded to any queries during our weekend.The house has 5 bedrooms/2bathrooms upstairs and 1 bathroom plus additional toilet downstairs. A great kitchen,a lounge with seating for everyone plus a delightful dining room. To us the best place was the garden. At least 5 different ‘spaces’ to sit with tables and chairs, a great BBQ area by the kitchen, its just a beautiful, relaxing garden where we sat and enjoyed the afternoon (we were lucky with the weather). The only slight downside to us was the road noise. The windows at the front of the house have secondary double glazing which helps to reduce the noise. We would happily stay there again
