Vacation rentals with a firepit in Lewis Smith Lake

Our stay couldn’t have been any better! The house fit our family of 7 perfectly with 4 beds to spare! The kitchen was equipped with everything you can think of (and the ice maker was a MAJOR PLUS!) Communication was easy and quick! Drifter’s restaurant is 5 minutes from the house- it was so good we went twice! Location was perfect! Highly recommend this house! We will be staying here again without a doubt!

Great place with beautiful views.

We had a great stay with room to spread out and great views. The home was furnished with everything we needed plus some- we even had a chance to sit around the fire pit for a while one night. Highly recommend!

I booked this reservation for my husband and his crew for an out of state job. My husband reported back to me that Jacob’s place was very clean, comfortable, and the views were beautiful. Per my husband the gift basket with treats was especially thoughtful and the kitchen/grill were perfect for food preparation for their group. My husband says, “I give it five stars and I would stay there again if I am ever back in the area!” Thanks Jacob!

Charming, comfortable, squeaky clean home. Host was responsive and welcoming. Easy access from I-65. Lovely and quiet setting with hosts' farm across the street. Spent one night on our way to Florida. Wished we could have stayed longer!

Great stay for fishing tournament out of Smith Lake park. 3 teams of teenagers worked out great. We cooked one night had all utensils we needed. Great location and sleeping arrangements for the kids and adults worked out good for 9 people. Pool table was a hit . We had many tournaments on our stay. Very nice quick drive to park to launch boat. Only 10 min drive to the park. Very close to Walmart and restaurants if wanted to eat out. Defiantly have this place booked mark for next time we visit Smith Lake. Mrs. Liz was very responsive to text message or phone calls. Great person to work with.

Our family spent Thanksgiving week here and it was perfect! The home and surroundings are absolutely beautiful with breathtaking views of the lake! The home was exactly as described, it was spacious and inviting and perfect for a large family. The kitchen was fully equipped and we were able to prepare thanksgiving dinner along with many other meals. We had an amazing time creating lasting memories. Jay and April were incredible hosts who were always quick to respond. Spending Thanksgiving at their beautiful home was truly amazing! The serene environment and cozy accommodations made it such a memorable experience!

We had the best time. We went mid October. The weather was fantastic. Chilly a night but beautiful sunny days. Our family had so much fun. We enjoyed evenings on the patio. Spent every night in the sunroom. The house was so comfortable. Felt like home. The huge front yard was awesome for the kids to play and run. It was exactly as described. Well it was actually better. We would stay again and again. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

Our stay was great. The lake is beautiful. Plenty of parking. Condo was very clean. Owner was friendly and responsive and let us check in early, which made our timing much easier as we were trying to meet up with family in the area and needed to unload our car. Will definitely be back!

Trevor was a great host and the place was as described and very clean. He made sure everything was in order for my stay. Place was very convenient for Smith Lewis Lake. It is a perfect place if you bring a boat as you are able to back right up to the door. We will certainly stay here when we come back to Smith Lewis.

Great atmosphere and place very clean but the best thing was how responsive host was with any questions asked.

If you are looking for a peaceful relaxing weekend away this is the place! We had alot of bad weather while we were there but felt very safe having the basement to go to if we needed to in an emergency. This home was very warming and immaculate, we had everything we needed to cook and grill out. Beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of room to spread out. My 5 month old grandson was with us and we definitely appreciated the comfortable rocking chair in the living room. You can tell this home is loved well taken care of, Chris is very responsive to any questions we had! Thank you for sharing your home with us. The only thing i can think of that would have made it any better would be a hot tub on the back porch :)

I like to look at water and this place was perfect! Beautiful, wide water view from every single room in the house! Several dif places outside to sit and enjoy too. It was so peaceful and calming. Would love to go again when it’s a little warmer so we could enjoy the water and all they have to offer. House was clean. Bed was very comfortable. They even provided sunscreen, beach towels, chairs on the dock and more.

Place was very nice and roomy. Plenty to do around the place without having to leave. Owner is very nice and I will rent again.

Just as described! Clean and cozy. Loved the back view of the water. We stayed to go enjoy the National Bankhead Forest waterfalls.

so cute! very clean and cozy. Had a good kitchen with full stove and microwave and full size refrigerator. Everything was so clean, near and tidy. front porch was great to sit and look at the water. nice repurposed pontoon deck to sit on right on the water. only thing somewhat less peaceful is the road right next to the property where people fly coming and going but you can't hear the road noise once in the cabin. still give it 10 stars for accessibility and comfort.

This was the perfect location for our group! We loved relaxing in the lake and the cabin was so cute and cozy! Nikki our host was very helpful and responsive with any questions we had. Really enjoyed this weekend get away and hopefully will return in the future!

If you’re thinking about booking, do it! Bluff Point Lodge is the perfect destination at Smith Lake! We had everything we needed (and more)! The view and location is 10/10! We went for a weekend away to celebrate my mom’s 70th. We had family from 2 years old to 70 and there was something for everyone. We loved the fire pit (s’mores), kayaks, games and puzzles. The accommodations are comfy… we literally cannot say enough about our weekend and the rental! I can’t imagine how fun it would be in spring or summer, but it was also the perfect fall getaway! We cannot wait to stay again!
