Vacation rentals with beach access in L'Herbaudière, Noirmoutier-en-l'Île

The stay in Prefailles was very nice. The place is in a great location facing the ocean. A short drive to Pornic and Pointe St Gildas. Anne-Charlotte took care of our well being. We didn't miss a thing.

The apartment is conveniently located a stone's throw away from the beach, very functional, equipped with very useful board games in bad weather. There's also a great playlist available. Laurent is very responsive and friendly, we will definitely come back!

Have a great weekend at Sandrine's home. A great sea view 2 steps from the beach. Very clean accommodation. We'll be back with pleasure.

Corinne is very friendly, she welcomed us at the agreed time, showed us around the apartment. The accommodation is very clean and functional. We had a great Easter weekend there. What a luxury to have lunch facing the sea!!

Excellent rental because of its location (close to the beach and shops). Private parking space, a plus. Communication was perfect and the listing description matches the condition of the premises perfectly. I'll be back.

Excellent stay at Martine's, very functional apartment, the veranda is a real plus to enjoy the sea view, and the embankment is really close!

Small green cocoon close to the beach and close to shops. Modern and well-equipped accommodation. Neighbors close but quiet and quiet (at least at this time of year). Highly responsive communication with hosts. Everything is done remotely but always with little touches/recommendations from them. Be careful if you are traveling with an infant/toddler the stairs are very steep and easy to access - it requires a little attention. We enjoyed our stay very much, despite the mixed weather;)

perfect place clean, functional . Just be careful for the elderly, you can't park next to the listing and the dangerous stairs.

We had a lovely week at Steeve's house. The property is clean, perfectly furnished, in a very quiet area and close to the sea. Walking tours are top notch. We were with my wife and two daughters. Recommended👍🏼 Ps: a big thank you to Sylvie for her kindness

Very welcoming accommodation with a well-equipped and well-thought-out kitchen with all the accessories we may need for good cooks. Murielle even thought of us women and provided us with a hair dryer. The house is very bright and very modern. I recommend this property and we will come back with family for our greatest happiness. Carole’s house is a real gem. The location and view are mind blowing. The house is tastefully decorated, spacious, super comfortable and there is pretty much everything you might need on your holiday: from the fully equipped kitchen to the beach toys and games for the children. Carole is a great host and very responsive. We fully recommend and hope to be back soon.

Florence's house is very nice with a beautiful garden! The place is peaceful with direct access to the sea. Florence and her husband were very responsive to all our requests. We had a great week at Florence's house!

A beautiful bright, clean and functional apartment. The kitchen is very well equipped. The accommodation is located close to shops, the beach and the coastal path. Convenient and useful to have access to a parking space behind the building. Angelique, the hostess was responsive and concerned about the smooth running of my stay. Recommended:-)

My daughter and I had a lovely stay at Patricia's apartment. The accommodation is well arranged and above all very well located, 2 steps from the beach and restaurants. No need to take the car, everything is next door. Patricia is very friendly and available even remotely.

We had a great time, the apartment is very well located, the 5th floor allows a very nice view and to be close to the restaurants below the building but without the inconvenience of noise. The place is quite comfortable for two adults and two kids, everything is thoughtfully thought out.

For the next guests especially do not hesitate, everything is perfect the kindness of our host its availability and everything she makes available in her accommodation which is superb with a breathtaking view of the ocean.
