Located in the heart of the Vienne department, close to the Futuroscope (22 km), between Poitiers, Châtellerault and Chauvigny. It consists of 4 bedrooms with double beds, 2 with a bathroom and 2 sofa beds on the mezzanine. A large 45 m2 living room and a fully equipped kitchen and a HOT TUB. There is also a courtyard for 2 vehicles, a 30 M2 terrace.

You will enjoy both the calm of the countryside and the many activities nearby. The cottage, completely renovated in 2018, offers great comfort. Each bedroom has its own shower room. On sunny days, you will enjoy the terrace exposed to the morning sun and the barbecue. At the first frost, the fireplace will warm you up.

Our house: bright, good layout, comfort, in a quiet area. On the ground floor, beautiful volumes for the kitchen open to the dining area and living room. The kitchen is very well equipped, conducive to conviviality. The 3 bedrooms, bathroom and one of the 2 toilets are upstairs. You will appreciate the quality bedding. In summer, you will enjoy the terrace and garden, in a peaceful and well-maintained area. Live well and sleep well, in a great environment.
