Private room - small attic apartment with private entrance from the hallway (33m2) hallway and staircase shared with the owners of the house. Kitchen equipment - fridge, microwave, ceramic double cooker, kettle, toaster, sink and washbasin. Car parking in front of the house in a quiet street. Location of the house - to the city center about 15 minutes walk, public transport about 300 meters. Possibility of sitting in the garden under the pergola, meat preparation on a gas grill, use of granite stone or smokehouse (when staying for 2 or more nights).

By car you are in Bedřichov in 25 minutes, but you can also use public transport. All year round you can visit Bikepark Ještěd, golf courses and sports centres for indoor sports. The cottage is located 5min walk from the tram stop, which will take you directly to the city center.The accommodation includes 2 parking spaces. There is a whole house including a garden with terraces with outdoor seating.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The "Relaxation under the roof" premises were created by the reconstruction of a hundred-year-old attic. The energy here is supplied by the original beams and other elements that we returned to the place after the reconstruction. The dominant feature is a wooden staircase also made of original beams. The staircase leads to a cozy attic room for sleeping. The apartment is located on the opposite side of the road, ensuring peace and quiet.

You can relax by the pool or on the spacious terrace overlooking the beautiful countryside. Our cozy and quiet apartment is located in our family house in Lánov (Prostřední Lánov). We have a garden, right under the forest. The apartment has its own separate entrance from the other side of the house. It's pleasantly cool in the summer, and we've prepared floor heating for you this winter, so you won't be cold inside. Parking is in front of the house behind the gate on private land. For up to 2 Persons, no more kid!
