Vacation rentals with lake access in Liberec Region

Petr has a great house! There were 8 of us: 4 adults and 4 kids from 5 to 12 years old. We rented it for 9 nights and we were comfortable. On the first floor there is a spacious kitchen-living room with all the necessary utensils and appliances where we could spend time together, and on the second floor there are 2 bedrooms, each for 4 people. The house is much better than it looks in the photos, it has a lovely view over the valley. It is located in a quiet village, we did not meet a single neighbor the whole time. A few kilometers away are the Prachov Cliffs. Communication with the host was pleasant, we received helpful recommendations when checking in. We would be happy to come again.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen, modernen Ferienhaus. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen und bietet viel Platz und Gemütlichkeit. Alles sieht aus, wie auf den Fotos. Besonders toll waren die Sauna, der Naturbadeteich und der Whirlpool. Im Ferienhaus war alles vorhanden, was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt - Feuerholz, Handtücher, Toilettenpapier und Geschirr standen ausreichend zur Verfügung. Die Betten waren bequem und alles war sauber. Für Kinder gibt es ein sehr schön ausgestattetes Spielzimmer. Michal hat uns freundlich empfangen und verabschiedet und uns alles über das Haus erklärt. Für eine Reise als große Familie oder Gruppe ist dieses Haus perfekt geeignet, da es genug Platz für gemeinsame Zeit, aber auch ausreichend Privatsphäre bietet. Als Wanderausflug können wir besonders das Felsenlabyrinth empfehlen.

Wir haben ein spontanes Wanderwochenende in der Böhmischen Schweiz unternommen. Die Buchung war unkompliziert und Jiri hat stetes schnell auf unsere Anfragen reagiert. Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt. Das Zimmer war mir allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, sauber und ruhig. Von Rybniste kann man wunderschöne Wanderungen unternehmen. Zu empfehlen sind auch die umliegenden Ortschaften mit malerischer Kulisse, gutem Essen und sehr schön gestalteten, typischen Häusschen in Blockbauweise, Verzierungen, Schiefergiebeln und teilweise bunt bemalt. Allein das war einen ausgedehnten Spaziergang wert. Wer also eine ruhige, urige und romantische Zeit plant, ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Wir haben uns bei Michal und Lucka wohl gefühlt, die beiden sind nette Gastgeber und waren bei Fragen schnell erreichbar. Sie haben uns auch gut mit Tipps versorgt. Unseren Kindern hat vor allem die kleine Dachkammer gefallen.

Eine unserer schönsten Urlaubs-Unterkünfte bisher. Absolut empfehlenswert. Wir hoffen, dass wir noch einmal hierher kommen können. Danke, Karel! Das Haus selbst ist großzügig und wunderschön und hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Wir haben viel gekocht, die Küchen-Ausstattung war ausreichend dafür. Wir haben den Kamin täglich angefeuert - sehr gemütlich. Die Betten waren ok. Das Grundstück selbst ist groß und baumbewachsen und lädt ein, dort Zeit zu verbringen. Es gibt eine schöne Terrasse. Das Haus liegt in einer phantastischen, friedlichen, ruhigen Umgebung: See, Wald, Felsen direkt vor dem Gartentor. Das Böhmische Paradies ist ein echter Geheimtipp. Karel hatte gute Tipps für unsere Ausflüge und Wanderungen und auch für das Parken und Aktivitäten in Prag. Schöner Minigolfplatz nicht weit weg. Ein kleineres Lebensmittelgeschäft gibt es ganz in der Nähe, für den etwas größeren Einkauf kann man gut zu Lidl, Penny, dm fahren (10km entfernt).

The house is beautiful, super new and really comfortable. Great beds, everything you need in the kitchen. The house that is shown on the photo actually consists of two holiday houses that are rented out separately. We rented the house at the back with a wonderful view on the back garden. It was covered with snow while we were there and my kids practiced their ski/boarding skills while I watched through the window. Several ski slopes are close by (short distance by car). Ivan is a wonderful host and very accommodating. The sauna is located between the two houses and can be booked, this was not entirely clear from the ad. From the second use you pay a fee. But the sauna is really well designed and offers a wonderful experience especially with the ice cold water from the pond that Ivan cleared for us. Overall the house is absolutely recommended. Petr and his children were very friendly and helpful hosts. They paid great attention to explain all the details, and were always available if needed. The place is stunning - located at the end of the village, away from the road, quiet, peaceful and green. Having a chance to eat meals under the tree, or accesing cold baths in their pond and using sauna & gym was all I needed! The surrounding fields and footpaths are picturesque. It was great to experience living closer to nature <3 Thank you!

Ładne i funkcjonalne mieszkanie, pieczołowicie urządzone ładnymi meblami, dobrze wyposażone, zlokalizowane w ponadstuletniej starannie odremontowanej willi. Dla 4-5 osób świetna opcja. Zenka jest przyjazną i komunikatywną osobą, podobnie jak opiekująca się mieszkaniem Jiřina. Otrzymaliśmy jasne i szczegółowe instrukcje co do zasad pobytu i wielu istotnych kwestii w funkcjonowaniu mieszkania. Miejsce jest bardzo spokojne, jedyny hałas dobiega z pobliskiej linii kolejowej, lecz to nie problem. Za to przystanek kolejowy jest dosłownie dwie minuty od domu i można szybko dotrzeć do Liberca albo do Harrachova lub Jakuszyc. Nie ma też problemu z parkowaniem auta. Jedyne dwie rzeczy, które nam nieco przeszkadzały, to zbyt miękki materac w mniejszej sypialni (nie był to wielki problem) i bardzo trudna regulacja temperatury wody w wannie, co wynika z rodzaju pieca używanego do podgrzewania wody. Mimo to w pełni rekomenduję ten piękny apartament udostępniany przez sympatyczną gospodynię.

A very cozy and beautiful cottage! It has a lovely, well-maintained garden with areas for barbecuing and walking around the yard. There’s even a dedicated activity room with games like ping-pong. The surroundings are quiet, and we even saw the Milky Way at night! Marketa and her team were incredibly friendly. Although the check-in staff didn’t speak German or English, they were attentive and responsible throughout. Highly recommended! I’d love to bring more friends next time to enjoy this wonderful place together.

We rented this flat for a ski vacation in nearby Spindleruv Mlyn, and it worked out great for that. The space seems like it's newly renovated, and it was easy to find and get in. There isn't much within walking distance, so I would only recommend this stay with a car. The deck is a nice amenity that we didn't use, since it's winter, but the sauna came in handy. I would say the best part, though, was the responsive communication from the host. She answered all of our questions, and made check in/out easy.

Ausstattung wie vom Gastgeber angegeben. Kleiner Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle und ein wenig Geschirr/Besteck sind vorhanden. Mobiliar ist einfach, aber zweckmäßig. Türe nach außen ist nur mit einem Glasfenster/Milchglas abgetrennt - etwas ungewohnt. Hausbesitzer hat einen Hund und auch die Nachbarn auf der Straße haben Hunde. Dadurch ist natürlich immer Gebelle zu hören.

Během naší návštěvy Vrchlabí jsme měli to štěstí, že jsme byli ubytováni v tomto úžasném bytečku. Od prvního momentu nás prostředí bytu ohromilo svou útulností, čistotou a vkusným zařízením. Vše, co jsme mohli potřebovat pro pohodlný pobyt, bylo k dispozici a v perfektním stavu. Hostitelka Bára byla naprosto úžasná. Již od počátku komunikace byla velmi vstřícná, ochotná poradit nejen s otázkami týkajícími se bytu, ale i s tipy na výlety a restaurace v okolí. Její pohostinnost a pozornost k detailům nám udělaly pobyt ještě příjemnějším. Lokalita bytu je ideální pro každého, kdo chce prozkoumat krásy Krkonoš, ať už hledáte klidné procházky přírodou nebo adrenalinové sporty. Vše je od bytu snadno dostupné. Celkově nemůžeme být spokojenější s naším pobytem. Tento byt ve Vrchlabí a jeho hostitelka Bára nám poskytli nezapomenutelnou dovolenou a už teď se těšíme na to, až se sem budeme moci vrátit. Vřele doporučujeme toto ubytování každému, kdo hledá pohodlí.

The property and grounds are very nice. The apartment looks just like the pictures and is very clean. In addition, everything you need in a kitchen is available. In the yard you can sit very well and also use the grill. In the wellness area you can relax in the whirlpool and sauna. Jacob was always available. All in all very nice if you want a quiet stay. In the village there are 2 restaurants, a penny market and an outdoor pool. 10 km away you are at a very nice, large bathing lake with bars and restaurants.

Die Hütte von Monika ist wirlkich traumhaft gelegen! Mitten in einem kleinen Wäldchen umgeben von unglaublich schönen Wäldern... Die Hütte selbst war absolut ausreichend und gut ausgestattet. Der Kamin hat schön geheizt die Küche war auch gut zu nutzen. Insgesamt waren wir zu viert mit Hund da und wir hatten doch etwas mehr Platz erwartet. In der oberen Etage befindet sich ein Doppelbett und ein Schlafsofa. Das war aber nicht schlimm. Wer damit klar kommt und mit sich selbst und der Natur zufrieden ist findet hier ein kleines Juwel!

Tolles Haus, tolles Grundstück inkl. wundervoller Details… Boot, warmes Badefass, Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder,… und und und. Einzigstes was wir ändern würden, statt den Vorhang im ersten Geschoss bei den Einzelbetten, eine Tür bauen. ;) Aber ansonsten ein wirklich gelungener Urlaub mit allem was man sich vorstellen kann. Wir kommen wieder. Danke

Ein sehr schönes uriges kleines Haus in einer schönen ruhigen Umgebung. Perfekt für Leute die mal abschalten möchten. Veronika ist außerdem eine sehr gute Gastgeberin!

Ich kann dieses charmante Haus nur empfehlen! Super schöne Lage mit eigenem Zugang zum See- sehr großzügige Bereitstellung von Kajaks und Fahrrädern- sehr unkomplizierte und entgegenkommende Kommunikation. Wir waren eine größere Gruppe und haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt- alle kamen auf ihre Kosten- Kinder, Erwachsene, Hund... die Gegend ist auch wunderschön und man kann sowohl einen ruhigen wie aktiven Urlaub verbringen. Sehr großes Kompliment !

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit hier! Vor allem die Sauna hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir konnten tolle Abende in der großen Küche und dem gemütlichen Wohnzimmer verbringen. Durch die ruhige Lage konnten wir nach schönen Stunden im Schnee wunderbar entspannen! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Na chalupě jsem byl s partou přátel. Chalupa je na krásném klidném místě. Vypíchl bych komunikaci paní Dáši i paní Zuzany, fantastická komunikace s oběma a musím říct, že obě byly moc milé a přívětivé. Toto ubytování doporučuji všem. Já i všichni moji přátelé jsme si tento pobyt velmi užili.
