This house is located beautifully in a peaceful rural area, the views were gorgeous and was the perfect place for our get together. Sandie throughout the week was incredibly helpful and responsive, and from the moment we entered it felt welcoming and homely. For our first AirBnB experience it will definitely be hard for anything to top it. Thank you Sandie!

We absolutely adored our stay at the cottage which was perfect for a local event myself and our group were attending. Rooms were spotless, warm and cosy - leading to an intimate communal atmosphere when we gathered together at night. Directions and communication were clear. I would highly recommend the site to anyone interested.

What a lovely few days at Rose Cottage with our family. Rodalyn was the perfect host, friendly, helpful and accommodating. On arrival we were welcomed with a thoughtful hamper of treats which the kids loved, the private “garden” is HUGE & was great for the children and our dog to explore, we loved the hot tub, outdoor speakers & lights. The full bookshelf and games in the Cottage were great to keep the kids entertained in the evening too. Also, thanks Rodalyn for the walk recommendation which we all enjoyed. Hope to be back again soon.

Beautiful spacious private and peaceful house and dog friendly. Hot tube bonus. Great garden for the dog and children. Our dog had the best time ever. Kitchen full of kitchen crockery and utensils. 3 bedrooms all ensuite Bonus when 6 adults staying together. One of the bedrooms down stairs. Plenty of parking. Great for what we required 3 families getting together. With baby and toddler. Not feeling like on top of one another. If your wanting to cook a big family meal , you’ll have all you need online of crockery kitchen equipment. Washer and dryer in the garage.

We had such a lovely stay at this beautiful Airbnb. The one-bedroom space was incredibly spacious and well laid out, with a super comfy bed that made it hard to leave in the morning! The private garden was huge and perfect for relaxing, especially with the hot tub—it felt like our own little retreat. The area is peaceful and quiet, which made the whole stay even more relaxing. Highly recommend for a cosy, private getaway!

Booked the place for 2 nights. It was absolutely amazing looks exactly like the pictures. Clean and the hut tub was great, I was amazed by the capacity of people that could fit in the hot tub. BBQ was also great. The place was very clean and well presented when we got there. Would definitely pay another visit near future. Thank you Ayti.

What a great location, easy walks up to the hills and trails around Hagley. Top tip: Nimmings cafe at the north end of the Clent Hills run by the National Trust; best bacon sandwich in the Black Country! Can't wait to stay again soon!

Me and my family had a fantastic time at Jo’s property. A very homely barn and has everything you need to make your stay extremely comfortable. Property is exactly the same as the photos with alot of finishing touches, you can tell that Jo & Andy have put tremendous effort into it. Perfect also for trips to Alton towers and Peak Wildlife Park, which are both around a 10 min drive away. All in all, we couldn’t find a single fault with this property, it was perfect! We look forward to booking it again sometime in the future! Thanks!

I have to say that this a real gem, probably the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in. Beautiful house perfectly fitted out, the host had thought very hard about this. Contact and communication with the host was seamless, she responded in minutes. If you are looking for a base in Stoke on Trent this is perfect, a small village location with two pubs a small independent brewery all dog friendly all great value for food and drink. A traditional chip shop( superb) a great sandwich shop and a very well stocked co op. Very Cosy and warm, lovely safe garden if you have a dog. Easy links to bus routes if needed , parking directly outside. Main supermarkets nearby Out of ten I would give eleven, it really is that good.

We were in Belper under sad circumstances as we were organising/attending a funeral. Stone Rose Cottage was so comfortable & homely and was the perfect place to relax after a difficult day. All of the rooms in the house are very nicely furnished and the Kitchen is very well equipped. The outside space is good with lovely views.Nicola was extremely helpful and very easy to contact if we had any queries. We would love to stay at Stone Rose Cottage again & enjoy Belper on a happier occasion.

lovely stay jackie is very friendly! the cottage is sweet, and full of original historic character fitting the village... which is worth exploring then you can snuggle up by the log fire in the cosy living room! the place has all modern appliances & is great for dogs with beautiful enclosed back garden, just watch out for the main road... We'll be back soon. Bonnie loved it :) xXx

The cottage had everything we needed and even a sauna, which was a real treat! Lynn and Simon were friendly, and made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. They generously provided basic groceries and a delicious homemade cake! We were welcome to enjoy relaxing in their beautiful garden.

We needed a place to stay with our cat while our house was being rewired and redecorated. We are so glad we chose Portia cottage. The cottage is immaculately clean, beautifully furnished and the kitchen is well-equipped. The surrounding countryside is stunning. There are horses to the front of the cottage and sheep to the back, and a pheasant regularly visits the back garden. We really enjoyed our stay. The host Katherine is super-responsive and helpful.

Amazing little place. Was very warm, cosy and in a great area. Would definitely recommend this place to someone who’s looking for a nice little getaway in a cosy place. Matt is an amazing host who was very responsive, friendly and helpful with all of our questions. Had a few issues with the lock on the door, but was resolved very quickly and easily. Don’t hesitate to book because you won’t regret it! 😊

We stayed at Sally’s house for two nights as a family of four (two adults and two young children, ages 2 and 5) visiting from Newcastle. We spent a day at Alton Towers and another at the water park, and Sally’s place was the perfect base for both! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcome. There was a lovely hamper waiting for us with cereal, biscuits, sweets, and even wine in the fridge, along with milk and butter—such a thoughtful touch! The cot was set up exactly as requested, and every little detail had been thought of to make our stay comfortable. The house was spotless, super tidy, and incredibly family-friendly. There were toys and games in both the kids’ bedroom and the lounge, plus kids’ cutlery and dishes which made mealtimes so much easier. The main bedroom had everything we needed too, including bottled water by the bed, cotton pads, and more. It is a lovely cottage, really nice and well kept. I loved the beautiful garden view as well. It is a relaxing place, anyone too tired of their routine can come here and switch off. I loved my time there. Shame we had to leave a day sooner than planned. Lucy is a lovely hostess and kept in touch throughout accommodating all the changed I kept making in our dates. Really grateful. Happy customer.

My friend and I enjoyed our stay at this lovely little cottage. We were in town for a 3-day business trip, and the location was perfect, just 10 minutes from our venue. The cottage was ideal for two people: clean, clutter-free, and equipped with everything a guest might need. It felt very private and peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax after long days. Roger was incredibly thoughtful; he had considered every detail to make our stay comfortable, even leaving us a box of Easter chocolates and biscuits, which was such a sweet, personal touch. He also kindly let us know in advance that the gardener would be coming by to cut the grass. Since we were out at a seminar during the day, it didn’t affect us at all. We loved how quiet and secluded the cottage was. The only thing we missed was enjoying the garden, as it rained during our visit, but hopefully next time!

Fabulous Stay. Lovely quirky cottage, lots of original features but with all the mod cons! The patio and garden was a real bonus and has full sun all day. The location is perfect, we hired a car but the cottage is super close to the train station, and local bus services for exploring Warwickshire. There are canal walks at the end of the road (20 minute walk to the Greyhound Inn at Sutton Stop) perfect for watching the canal boats and river cruisers. David is extremely responsive to messages and all instructions for location and access were spot on! Why book a hotel room when you can have your own space in this lovely cottage - Book with confidence!

Helena and Paul were wonderful hosts - great for anyone really nicely priced and area was great lots of shops and takeaways nearby. We travelled to Telford which was approx 24mins away and done shopping and other bits and went restaurant. 100 percent recommend.

we had an amazing stay with our little baby - Mark and Gill were really accommodating providing and putting a travel cot for us and giving great recommendations for the local area too. The property was perfect for us too - would happily stay again.
