The residence is in the center, ideal for getting around on foot, a shopping center in front for every need and just a short walk from the sea. The area is quiet. Highly recommended.

i stayed in the apartment for 2 nights with my girlfriend, and we fell so in love with the house and the area until we extended for another night. That said, I highly recommend to those who want to experience a quiet weekend to consider the location and quality of the structure.

Clean and very peaceful apartment. We also enjoyed the veranda where you can eat with your eyes in the greenery. Great location both for visiting beautiful Ravenna and going to the shores. Recommended.

Lovely and spacious apartment in Ravenna! Easy to walk to everything we wanted to see. Francesco left us little breakfast foods and other thoughtful touches, and provided great local recommendations. Everything was very comfortable, and the view is just stunning! Wish I could have had more days to have coffee out on the balcony. Would recommend!

Francesca was really welcoming! Every need has been met and sometimes anticipated. The house is very comfortable and beautiful...it allows you to experience Pesaro from the heart of the historic center. A great stay!!

We were in Ravenna for New Year's Eve. My friends and I had a good time. We really appreciated being able to stay longer than the scheduled check-out time. Luca and Daila also offered us a nice welcome bottle.

We stayed 3 weeks in this fantastically located house. Lying on the terrace and listening to the birds, hikes in the adjacent nature reserve are just incredibly beautiful. And those who like life and cities are really in good hands in Pesaro, Urbino, Rimini etc. The nearby house beach is quiet and ideal. The house is simply and functionally furnished just like a country house. So, we'd come back any time. Thank you very much for the very kind care.

we stayed in Paolo's apartment from Friday 2 to Sunday 4. Clean and tidy apartment, very central and convenient location to reach bars, restaurants and any service in a few minutes. Paola is always quick to reply to any requests. Great

Fabio is a great host. We felt really comfortable in the house. It is very tastefully decorated. The garden was great and the children especially liked it. The pool is appealing and great for cooling off on hot days. Fig trees grow in the garden with super delicious fruits. Fabio greeted and said goodbye to us and always asked in between if everything was OK - a really great service. Should we come back to the region, Fabio is certainly our first choice.

Francisco was the most gracious host ! He was very attentive. He recommended restaurants , called to make a reservation for us since we didn’t speak Italian and guided us where to park in the city center. It was a pleasure staying there . Definitely a 10/10 !!!!

We stayed in 6 in Maria Antonietta's apartment, we were very comfortable, and above all we had a great time, Antonietta is very friendly, nice, friendly and kind, she treated us like friends always.. However... the accommodation is in a GREAT location, you can reach the historic center of Ravenna on foot in about 3 minutes, the apartment does not have a parking space but 5 meters away there is a huge parking lot where you can park in complete tranquility.

Nice, quiet location, but close enough to make it easy to visit Ravenna or any of the many beaches near Cervia. Friendly host, and lots of friendly neighborhood cats.

Paola is a perfect host! Always helpful and courteous. The apartment is easy to reach, in a good location to visit all the areas around. Quiet neighborhood, quiet area, great restaurants nearby! The kids loved the bedroom and the availability of games! We'll definitely be back! Highly recommended!

Stayed for New Year's Eve 24/25 Hosts Always available from start to finish The property is well kept and looks like the photos Friendly and accommodating hosts, we were a group of 7 people made up of friends who provided us with their tavern and fireplace to have dinner together, making sure that there was everything we needed I highly recommend it, we will definitely be back

Enjoyed our 3 days in Alberto’s place in Cattolica. The apartment was clean, quiet, comfortable and well equipped. It was perfect for our needs and Alberto was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with.
