Jacopo and his brother are excellent hosts. Very friendly and available for anything. He gave us clear instructions and suggestions regarding places to visit and so forth. It is also very easy to communicate with them. Highly recommended.

Eine tolle Wohnung. Sehr schön und geschmackvoll renoviert. Fantastische Aussicht über den Strand. Mitte April auch sehr ruhig. Trotzdem waren einige Restaurants in der Umgebung geöffnet. Auch das Ortszentum ist in 10 - 12 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar.

Italiano: Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questo appartamento di lusso a Rimini e l’esperienza è stata semplicemente perfetta. L’alloggio è spazioso, arredato con grande gusto e dotato di tutti i comfort possibili. Ogni angolo della casa era perfettamente pulito, il che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Il vero punto di forza, però, è stato l’host. Non solo è stato estremamente accogliente e disponibile, ma mi ha anche fornito preziose informazioni su come raggiungere la destinazione nel modo più veloce, economico e comodo possibile. Grazie ai suoi consigli, il viaggio è stato molto più semplice di quanto mi aspettassi. Se cercate un posto elegante, confortevole e con un servizio impeccabile, questo appartamento è la scelta perfetta. Ci tornerei senza alcun dubbio!

L’appartement d’Arianna est parfait! Très bien agencé et équipé, une belle terrasse avec vue, en plein cœur de Marina centro et la plage à proximité immédiate. Arianna nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et nous a donné de bons conseils pour notre séjour! Nous recommandons ce logement!! Merci beaucoup Arianna!

Valentina è una host perfetta, disponibilissima, ad ogni richiesta e domanda ha risposto in tempi che definire rapidi è riduttivo, l'alloggio è pulito alla perfezione, meglio che nelle foto, arredi nuovissimi, la struttura è ricca di design e in una posizione vista mare molto bella, un po rumorosa la strada sotto ai balconi ma probabilmente perchè abbiamo tenuto le finestre aperte visto le giornate calde, arrivare al terzo piano per le scale con i bagagli è stato un po faticoso ma non si può pretendere troppo per una struttura così che non avrebbe spazi per un ascensore. Nel complesso tutto molto più che ottimo, do 5 stelle ma ne meriterebbe anche una sesta.

Appartamento che si affaccia sulla nuova pista pedonale ciclabile di Rimini e a pochissimi passi dalla spiaggia di Marina centro. Supermercato e molti ristoranti per tutti gusti nelle vicinanze. Posto auto compreso nel prezzo. Pulito e completo di tutto l’occorrente per cucinare (disponibili anche olio, aceto, sale e zucchero) e per fare colazione ( macchina caffè con cialde e bollitore con vari tipi di tè., marmellata fette e qualche biscotto). Una nelle sorpresa anche per l’aperitivo della prima sera! Bravi, l’accoglienza è davvero un vostro punto di forza. Comunicazione facilissima e rapida. Consigliatissimo!!

Leo e’ stato un ottimo host, preciso nel fornirci le indicazioni e veloce nel rispondere quando abbiamo avuto bisogno di qualche delucidazione. La casa, recentemente ristrutturata, si trova in un’ottima posizione e Leo l’ha arredata con buon gusto, non mancava nulla e ci ha messo a disposizione anche 4 biciclette! E’ stato un soggiorno molto rilassante. Grazie 😊

I recently had an incredible stay at an Airbnb that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the host's warm welcome made me feel right at home. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the essentials, plus some thoughtful extras like local snacks and guidebooks. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to all the main attractions yet peaceful and quiet. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were quick to offer helpful recommendations. Overall, it was a flawless experience, and I can't wait to return!

Geweldige vakantie gehad bij Villa Mariella! De villa's bevinden zich in een heel mooie, besloten omgeving, er is een prachtige goed onderhouden tuin en een fijne, schoone zwembad. De villa's zijn heel dichtbij het strand. De strand is tegen betaling maar je krijgt een vaste plek met een parasol en twee ligbedden. De strand is ook schoon en netjes. Het is ook heel fijn dat je gebruik kunt maken van de fietsen voor de gaten. Op de fiets maar ook te voet is het stadscentrum goed bereikbaar. De gastheren zijn heel aardig en beleefd. Heel fijne contact gehad.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo BnB per due notti e ci siamo trovati benissimo! La struttura è accogliente, pulitissima e curata nei minimi dettagli. La camera era spaziosa, perfetta per me e mio figlio, con letti comodi e tutto il necessario per un soggiorno rilassante. La posizione è ideale, vicina a tutte le attrazioni principali. L’host è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile, assicurandosi che avessimo tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. Torneremo sicuramente in questo splendido BnB e lo consigliamo a chiunque cerchi un alloggio di qualità!

We had a great stay at Aurora’s place in Mesola. She was excellent with communications and the place was in great shape. She stocked the fridge with some food to make things convenient for us. The coffee maker was sublime and was much appreciated to make it easy to enjoy a few chips while sitting outside of her place enjoying the natural surroundings. We would definitely stay again if we’re in the area. Aurora was fluent in English so I’m challenges communicating with her since we’re from the US and our Italian is only so good. We enjoyed birding and the beaches nearby and visiting some of the towns. Well worth the visit.

Ein unvergessliches Erlebnis, in dieser bezaubernden Unterkunft Gast zu sein. Wir haben die paar Tage sehr genossen. Alles ist fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Als kurz Stromausfall im gesamten Viertel war, kam Valentina sofort zu Hilfe und erkundigte sich, ob wir etwas brauchen. Sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Diese Unterkunft ist absolut zu empfehlen. Leider gibt es nur 5 Sterne 🌟 Vielen Dank Valentina 😉

L’appartamento si trova in posizione ideale per raggiungere a piedi sia la spiaggia che il centro. La descrizione corrisponde alla realtà. Cucina fornita di tutto il necessario. Ambienti spaziosi. Ottima comunicazione e disponibilità da parte di Eleonora e Stefano. Nel complesso un soggiorno davvero piacevole.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dem Apartment, die Lage ist perfekt um schnell an den Strand zu kommen außerdem sind diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe. Es war alles sauber und gepflegt, alle Räume sind klimatisiert was in den Sommermonaten herrlich ist. Genial war der Balkon mit erhöhter Sitzgelegenheit der dazu einlädt das Nachtleben bei einem guten Glas Prosecco oder Bier zu beobachten. Insgesamt haben wir in dem Apartment einen tollen Urlaub verbracht.

Top Wohnung in perfekter Lage und mit großartigem Ausblick. Einmal über die Straße und man ist im Strandparadies! Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich, stets erreichbar und hilfsbereit - wir haben uns hier das erste, aber nicht das letzte Mal eingemietet 😃

Enjoyed our 3 days in Alberto’s place in Cattolica. The apartment was clean, quiet, comfortable and well equipped. It was perfect for our needs and Alberto was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. We don’t know if our future travels will bring us back here, but we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it as a place for anyone who might one day be in that area. Thanks, Alberto!!

this place was our favorite! it's is perfectly located, 10minutes to the beach or into old town Chioggia. around the corner there is some shops and very diverse mix of bars and restaurants. also it is very easy to access Venice from here! the place itself has everything you need. we were 2 families with a dog and a baby and were well accommodated. and then there is Gio! he is the best! always! checking in all the time to make sure everything is good. every small concern he takes seriously. he makes your stay perfect in every way he can! and lastly Chioggia is a perfect Italian city on the ocean! we really enjoyed the Italien way in the suburbs of Chioggia + we will be back for sure! thank you for everything Gio! you are a perfect host and made our stay special!
