quiet area and perfect for visiting several places of interest. Alessandro is very nice and gave us a lot of tips about the area. We had a great time and also our dog who was able to run around the garden.

Every morning they cleaned the bathroom, so it was always spotless. It is close to the train station, so I was able to walk without problems. Alessandro also asked me about my tastes and gave me a lot of recommendations. Excellent accommodation.

Very helpful staff. If you are a religious jew try to find a different place for shabbos, otherwise highly recommend for someone looking for an affordable place to stay in Venice with a friendly staff and comfortable rooms. There are stairs, so If you have a lot of luggage be ready for that.

Really perfect stay! The property is easy to find, located in a very quiet area, ideal for relaxing. Several typical restaurants can be reached comfortably on foot or in a few minutes by car, so the location is also great for those who want to discover the local flavors. The rooms are new, furnished with taste and attention to detail, very welcoming and very clean. The bathroom is spacious, modern and equipped with everything you need. The breakfast is rich and with excellent quality products, perfect for starting the day well. We also really appreciated the flexibility of check-in and the prompt responses from the host, always available and kind. We really felt at home. Highly recommended!

When other Airbnb users rated this stay as "my best stay" we really didn't expect it to be this good. Although me and my 2 girlfriends are on this journey with our concerns, Mauro is definitely the sweetest, helpful, meticulous, understanding, generous and friendly person you will ever encounter in your life. This was absolutely our best stay. Felt at home. Everything was very clean. The breakfasts were excellent and filling. Mauro even brewed us coffee every morning. He helped us set up the route and had prepared files where you can find everything you need with his own hands. Transportation to the center of Venice was very easy and fast. A place and host that you should definitely experience and will never be dissatisfied! I will be back...

We were greeted by Maurizio's parents. Very kind and very nice people. We met Maurizio for breakfast the next day, he gave us useful directions and served an excellent breakfast (homemade cookies and cakes). We needed to repair the bikes, they came up with us resolving the problem. The accommodation was as advertised, impeccable cleanliness. I recommend it and will definitely be back again. This place is a gem!! It is so easy to get to and from the train station and the bus is only 2-3 minutes walk. It is beautiful, modern, clean, and well equipped. Natalia even left us a lovely welcome gift of Prosecco. The room is spacious, bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is well designed and there is a small safe. In the morning there is a lovely breakfast of yogurt, fruit, pastries, juice and coffee to start your day off right. Natalia does not speak English well yet, but she understands perfectly and uses Google translate like a Pro! We had all our questions answered, she made recommendations for restaurants and even helped us print some documents we required. Another valuable plus for us is that we were able to store our luggage for a few hours so we could enjoy Venice a bit more. The train to Santa Lucia station is only 10 min from Mestre, so if you want to have an amazing stay but not pay Venice prices, I would recommend this lovely place!

Francesco and Sara are very friendly and genuine. They welcomed us home and explained everything you needed to know for a pleasant visit to Venice and its surroundings. The house is a typical Venetian villa and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The cigliegina on the cake at the end of the stay was a demonstration of one of his musical inventions; ask him to learn more. Highly recommended host for kindness and availability! Beautiful b&b! Great renovation, inside and out, furnished and equipped with good taste. Located in a very quiet street in Chioggia, a city I did not know and that I really liked. Super breakfast, with great fresh products and lots of variety. I've already recommended this B&B to my friends. And when I return to Chioggia, it will definitely be the place I want to go back to!
