This was a beautiful and perfect location for exploring Rimini. The pullout couch was very comfortable and the architecture & accessories of the flat were both inspiring and efficient for the size. I would definitely recommend this location and would be happy to return next time!

Phenomenal area, parking was available right outside the Bnb which was super nice, beach was only a 15-20 minute walk as well. Would definitely stay here again if I ever come back to chioggia.

The flat is great and the location is simply top. Everything is just like on the photos. The kitchen has everything needed for cooling and a solid stock of coffee. The small garden is great for kids to run about. The bicycles are nice and working but not for smaller kids unfortunately. Well, you can't have absolutely everything) Rather difficult to find a free parking spot nearby, but the paid one is easy to find and not too expensive. All in all we are very happy with our stay. The price is just right too. Highly recommended!

We spent a few days with my wife and the dog in Riccardo's property and the experience was exceptional . Wide spaces , perfectly equipped apartment, personal garden, friendly environment,...how to be at home . Yuma also really appreciated it:) and it's a place we'd love to come back to . valentina's place is beautiful, the photos reflect reality, it is located inside a residence, with reserved parking), in a quiet area, but close to a supermarket (10 minutes walk) in Viale Dante(10 minutes on foot), with a very large nearby park, with a play area for children and dog areas for those who, like us, travel with the dog. He welcomed us by Valentina's husband, very kind, he explained what he had to and suggested some right place to eat, the apartment is very clean, it is not exposed to the sun, the terrace is fantastic, spacious, with space to eat and a nice comfortable duck (contested by everyone), for our dog they gave us a rug with a bowl and a small mangerice for him, we really appreciated the bathroom sheets of three different colors, so we could be distinguished, thank you for your hospitality

The house is isolated and surrounded by nature, very large, well maintained, and is even better than it looks in photos. Arriving at the last stretch to reach it, the road becomes unpaved and seems to be challenging and long, but already the second time it is even fun and pleasant to peer into the woods from the inside. We had no difficulty even in the 2 days of heavy rain, it is worth it. Michele welcomed us with care and throughout our stay he was always available, also satisfying our request for additional deck chairs. The house is equipped with everything you need, utensils and dishes, Smart TV, BBQ, outdoor spaces, automatic gate. The pool is larger than you can see from the photos, clean, functional and pleasant. We really enjoyed it and so did our big dog in the huge unspoiled outdoor spaces. Absolutely recommended if you are looking for a peaceful solution. We will definitely be happy to come back.

Fabulous experience! We stayed at this fantastic villa, the rooms are as pictured, spacious and tastefully furnished. Beautiful bathrooms, each with their own hot tub. Kitchen stocked with everything, pleasant common space... and a great value for money. Giancarlo was always punctual and accurate in the directions. Highly recommended!

We had a great holiday and Elisa was there to recommend what to do nearby and transportation too The place has been clean and has everything you need on site I would highly recommend it if you want to visit Venice 🎭 Because it's nearby and the city is quieter than Venice transport via marine Discovery without looking because Elisa was there to tell us. Too ready to return to a pleasant and lively city at night 🥰
