Vacation rentals with beach access in Lido

Gilberto was an excellent host. Very communicative throughout and helpful with all requests. The apartment is bigger than the photos make out and you cannot beat the location. Having two showers was handy after a day on the beach with multiple people wanting to freshen up. The balcony is a great spot for people watching, especially at night when the road outside is pedestrianised. We had a lovely stay.

Giorgia was very responsive on text, very friendly, and very accommodating with regards to our parking and checking out requests. The apartment is stunning with easy access to the beach, grocery stores and beach bars. This apartment would be great for small families, or friends looking for a beach getaway. We would 100% stay here again!

We had an absolutely wonderful time! The apartment is in a fantastic, central location, with everything you could possibly want right on your doorstep! We had a wonderful holiday, despite a heatwave during our week there! The air conditioning in the apartment worked perfectly and was a real lifesaver. The apartment is just as gorgeous in real life as it is in the pictures! It's modern and beautifully decorated. We want to thank Simone for the amazing service he provided during our entire stay. He was so helpful when we arrived, during out stay and when we left, and gave us great tips for things to do and see in and around Sottomarina. We were especially grateful that he let us arrive a day early, free of charge, because the apartment was empty. It was such a nice surprise! We've never had such a great experience. Lovely place to stay and great welcome! Everything was clean, cozy and convenient, fully consistent with the description. The neighborhood is calm and easy to get to everything. We especially want to note the host — very friendly, open and helpful. I helped to orient myself, gave useful tips — there was sincere attention and care. We recommend it to everyone!

The apartment is very welcoming, clean and newly built. Great location within walking distance of the pedestrian area and access to the sea. Linda is an impeccable host who is always available, directions to the apartment and access meticulous and detailed. I recommend the proposed solution.

We just loved this charming airbnb that has been designed and renovated with a lot of care and thought, we loved the beautiful Burano island (especially having it all to ourselves before and after all the day visitors left) and the communication with the hosts including detailed directions, maps, guidance, tips and all else was absolutely remarkable. All in all we loved the house and the island and it made for a perfect vantage point to reach Venice going in the opposite flow of all the visitors. If you enjoy Burano early mornings and evenings when no one is there - and go to Venice in the day you hit it perfectly in terms of the boat & tourist traffic. All in all a romantic and charming spot - our family was wowed! Loved it!

Super sweet woman with top reception. Very involved with her guests. Really what you are looking for old-fashioned at a b&b. Nice basket of fruit in the kitchen is ready. Good tips for restaurants in the area for breakfast and dinner. Apartment wonderfully spacious. Then you do Stefania and girlfriend ( who was so sweet to do all translations😁)

It's a charming little house. Very nicely located. A bakery is right next door. In 15 minutes, you can walk to Chioggia. Almost at the front door you can take "Raffaelo" to Venice by boat or bus directly there. Cristian provided us with the following free of charge: cola, coffee, pasta, oil, packaged croissants, cookies, 1x tomato sauce, wine, towels, toilet paper, towels and a few more small things. There are 2 TVs with Netflix and Prime. Unfortunately, the Internet is not that good, but that was also the only "negative." Cristian was always easily accessible. Unfortunately, my kids damaged something, but Cristian was neither angry nor did he want money. I hope he was as happy with us as we were with him. We felt very comfortable and thank you again for the parking and the possibility to check out only in the evening instead of in the morning. The location is really great there. You have your peace, but it is very central.

Casa Tey matches the listing and the host is friendly and accurate. Quiet area, close to a children's park, the sea and essential amenities. Great for families (even numerous like ours).

We loved the aesthetic and location of Michele’s family summer house on Lido. It’s a proper 1960s gem. Well equipped and clean. Michele was super helpful. Was nice to be a little bit away from the craziness of Venice in a chilled neighbourhood.

The apartment was everything we hoped it would be, and it certainly lived up to the great reviews we had seen online prior to our visit. Loredona was a very helpful host. Apartment was very clean and spacious. Quiet building with a grocery right around the corner.

We were there over New Year's Eve and very satisfied. The apartment is in a prime location and is just perfect. Eva and her husband are very, very nice and are always available to help. Just a perfect vacation.

Cinzia is a really kind and helpful lady. The house is impeccable and cozy with all the comforts for a comfortable stay. There were 4 of us and a small dog. By the way, Cinzia is really pet-friendly. Kind of like being home. On Via Bafile. I mean, highly recommended.

Amazing visit! The views from the apartment were exceptional with the 3 huge, opening, floor to ceiling door/windows, in addition to the enormous private terrace. We felt like we were true residents of Venice, totally connected to the beauty, activity, and natural elements of the Grand Canal and Carregio district. Pietro was unbelievably helpful to us, including water taxi, restaurants, tour guide and museum input.....he helped make our stay magical! Everything was all more than worth what we paid!
