Stair-free, city-beach access for beach-combing. As a company policy, we require your home address and a current phone number, when you book. We are pet-free There is a 2 night min. stay policy, a 3 night min. in summer & 4 nights 4th of July.

Wood burning fireplace, washer and dryer and propane BBQ. Pets are welcome with a $50 fee and prior approval. We are a fully licensed rental and in compliance with local regulations. Nightly rate includes the 12% Lincoln County lodging tax. Airbnb collects the 2% state lodging tax

'Octopus Prime' is what we call this modern, remodeled oceanfront condo. It can sleep up to four people by way of a king-size bed and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. It has two full bathrooms and a full modern kitchen. The beach access is literally a few steps away! If the weather is stormy, stay inside and watch the waves from the amazing view of the oceanside suite. Don't forget about our indoor heated saltwater pool and dry sauna!
