Vacation rentals with a patio in Lincoln City

Not only was the unit spotlessly clean, well-appointed and incredibly comfortable (bed, couch, recliner) but the view was seriously spectacular. We enjoyed the king tides, rain or shine. There are always interesting things to do in Lincoln City/Depot Bay/Newport when the tide is high but otherwise, we were out hunting for agates. Amazing mini-vacation!

The huge windows and scenery looking out over the ocean is spectacular. The porch with a camp Fire is a huge bonus.

This place is walking distance to the beach and restaurants that are open late. After a full day walking the beaches and climbing over tide pools, the hot tub is exactly what was needed to refresh your body for the next day. The place is perfect.

Ken was an excellent host. They responded within minutes. The place exceeded our expectations. Everything was pristine and very clean. If we make it back to Depot Bay we will be sure to stay again!

We had a fantastic stay! The house had plenty of space for our big group, with lots of rooms and comfortable beds for everyone. Everything was super clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. The view of the ocean was absolutely beautiful. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely beautiful and cozy place to call home for a few days on the North Oregon Coast. Close to walkable and drivable beaches, yes drive on the beach. Close to Pacific City and Tillamook, and more. Also, close to scenic locations, county, state, and federal parks. Also, a great place to simply sit and read or bird watch. A great find for the Oregon Coast, loved our stay.

The home was comfy, cute, and clean-- a great place for us to stay the night in Lincoln City! Excellent hosts, communicated early and throughout to make sure things went well for us, and even let us know when the house was clean and ready for an earlier check in as we were in town early, that was great! Neighborhood was quiet and the hot tub was lovely!

Beautiful home and perfect set-up with living on all 3 levels. Made everyone feel comfortable with their own private area to relax. We easily walked to the beach with young children everyday. This rental had everything we needed to feel right at home 💕 Thank you Sarah for sharing your home with us!

Loved staying here!! So homey a well stocked kitchen-especially for coffee/tea drinkers. Everything was clean and tidy!

We had a great time with our family. Our Labrador was happy and appreciate the extra attention for our pets accommodations. Given the time to go again, we would definitely re-visit this beach hideaway. Thanks again.

A great spot in Lincoln City, beautiful views and centrally located.

Again, we had a perfect mini-vacay! I love this little-slice-of-heaven condo! We walked everywhere. The food court was great, the weather was typical beach weather...but who cares, we had a blast. The beds are VERY comfortable. The view of the estuary & beach are peaceful. I love the easy beach access, too. Great hosts; they respond quickly and are very accommodating. We will be back soon, that's for sure!

It was a wonderful place to be lazy or go for a walk on the beach. The ocean sound and view is soothing. There is plenty of room to entertain and work. The grounds are well kept. It’s an easy walk to a fantastic breakfast spot Otis.

Lovely getaway. Lincoln City is a great location to visit the Oregon Coast. Lisa offers personal recommendations that make your stay even better. The fun motif and attention to detail make the vacation feel truly special and Lisa’s place is as cozy and relaxing as it gets. Everything is easy and well explained. We will definitely stay here again when we get the chance!

We don’t go on many trips, because our seven year old daughter is profoundly disabled. That makes it very difficult to find places that are not only accessible with her wheelchair, but also have the space and safety that she needs. It was wonderful to be able to open up the sliding door and let her roll out onto the back patio, which then lead directly onto a grassy area, which is bordered by a large rock wall, the other side of which being a relatively flat, beach with very predictable water movements. This is something that we haven’t found before and so knowing that there’s a place away from our home, where we know that our daughter can be safe and still enjoy everything that the beach has offer, has been a wonderful gift to our family. We hadn’t been away as a family since 2021, and my dad was still alive at the time. The home, location, incredible kindness from Monique, beautiful weather, and fond memories of my dad, that all made it a really special, core memory type of weekend.

My daughter and I stayed here on a last-minute trip and we must have gotten someone's cancellation. The location could not have been any better. I loved the balcony with the view of the ocean and the fact that there were floor-to-ceiling walls between our balcony and our neighbor's. The king bed in the bedroom was extremely comfortable with crisp, clean sheets. I liked the keypad at the entry so we didn't have to worry about taking a key with us. Overall, a lovely stay.
