THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

This guesthouse has an exclusive location with its own bathing path (200 m) down to Finnsjön where also a rowing boat is included. SUP boards are available for rent. There are nice swimming, exercise trails, illuminated tracks, outdoor gym, bike and hiking trails, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts! Only 15 minutes by car into central Gothenburg. You will be staying in a newly built house of 36 sqm with space for 2-3 people and a private furnished patio. Coffee, tea and muesli/cereal is included. During the high season May-Sept only bookings are accepted for a minimum of 2 people.

This apartment has its own entrance on the ground floor where the toilet and hall are located. Upstairs is a kitchen with a dining area. 1 double bed + 1 40 cm thick air mattress for 2. Baby cot and high chair available. The apartment was completed in 2024. Everything is in new condition. Electric car charging station is available for advance payment.

A peaceful stay at a farm with goats and cats on the farm. Close to beautiful nature and forest. About 1.5 km to the swimming lake, through the forest. The sea is also close, about 6 km. Located 20 km south of Gothenburg with everything that goes with it. Close to Kungsbacka and Hede Fashion Outlet. NOTE!!! Sleeping area and TV upstairs. STEEP stairs. Electric car charging is NOT included. Animals cannot be brought. Cleaning is NOT included, leave the house clean and tidy. Cleaning available for purchase for SEK 800 Sheets available to rent for SEK 100/set.

Upper Järkholmen

Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation with views that extend across the entire Askimsfjorden all the way out to Tistlarna. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Here you will find proximity to Gothenburg city center (14 minutes), tranquility and nice swimming. Warm welcome to my guest house!

Stay by the sea with a private jetty

Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Sjöstugan

My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!

Laxforsen's lakeside cabin is a residence close to nature. You get the lake for yourself, sauna and one bag of wood, the electric raft, rowing boat, BBQ area, deep forests and a large terrace.
