Vacation rentals with breakfast in Linn County

Katie’s place is very clean, spacious, quite and nice. I had a great time staying their and would stay again in a heartbeat. Hands down one of the nicest places I’ve stayed at and I travel a lot for work. Katie was very responsive and communicated well. Check in was a breeze, bed and pillows were comfy. If you decide to stay I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.

Any questions I had were answered in a very timely manner. All around great place to stay and very nice hosts!

Nicely remodeled space. Clean and comfy. Plenty of parking. Close to everything! Will definitely stay here again.

we stay in this area a couple times a year. This was the jackpot! This little town was so clean. House was brand new! These people know how to do it ! Great pots and pans to plates and dishes. wow ! Great job ! I'll be back !

Stacey was very friendly and communicated proactively from the moment I reserved her place. The location is great - walking distance to the sports complex and, weather permitting, to downtown IA City. House is extremely clean with all the amenities needed for a great visit. Stacey clearly puts forth an effort to ensure her guests enjoy the house.

Was coming into Iowa city to see a concert and they usually run late so I was worried about finding a place. But her place was amazing! She answered my questions made sure I was okay! And was super cool with me arriving back home late after my concert most definitely would check this beautiful home out if you need a place!

Shelley is as there to greet us when we arrived showed us around. Breakfast in the morning was peaceful and relaxing. The space was comfortable and clean.

We enjoyed our stay in the Elisabeth suite. The guest and common spaces are cozy and inviting.

The room was beautiful, and the proximity to Cornell's campus and to downtown Mt Vernon was perfect. Kim had my room ready in advance of check-in time and generously let me "move in" early--a much-appreciated kindness. I'd love to stay here again and highly recommend the venue!
