We offer a housing unit that is part of our family house. There is a separate entrance, parking and seating on the terrace. There are three beds and the possibility of providing an extra bed on the couch in the kitchen. The house is in a quiet location near a bike path, a public swimming pool and a fairy-tale alley. About 2 minutes walk to the pond, 600m from the house is a supermarket. There are plenty of tourist attractions in the area - Eden centre, Pernštejn castle, western town Šiklův mlýn, natural swimming, forests, and more.

We offer an unconventional circular straw house with a large garden and pond. It is located in a picturesque corner of the Vysočina region, on the edge of the small village of Bystrá. There are plenty of interesting and pleasant things nearby, the castle of Lipnice nad Sázavou, quarries, forests, meadows, rivers and ponds, all of which are dominated by the mythical Melechov. The cottage is small, fully furnished, comfortable for two people. It will be appreciated by romantics and lovers of old times.

The house was built by my grandparents and they spent most of their lives in it. When I inherited it, I didn't really know what to do with it. I travel a lot myself, so I decided to open it to people who love discovering new places as much as I do. I left some pieces of furniture as a memory of my grandparents and my childhood, so you will find not only modern comfort, but also a touch of nostalgia. Fully equipped kitchenette (oven, 2x induction cooker, fridge, freezer, and all necessary utensils and equipment). Massif dining table with chairs. Bathroom with luxurious shower and sink, hanging toilet. Bedroom with double bed and single bed above it. A stage in a common room that can serve as a space for playing and lounging during the day. Overnight, thanks to the quality mattresses stored in the drawer under it, it can turn into a comfortable double bed.

Vytápění je řešeno jednak kamny na dřevo v kuchyni a v ložnici a dále je možnost topení elektrickými přímotopy v každé místnosti. Náklady na vytápění jsou zahrnuty v ceně.
