Monthly Rentals in Livade

Beautiful villa that looked exactly like the photos. The infinity pool is absolutely amazing and was the perfect temperature (in August). Because others had commented about the air conditioning: It works perfectly and despite it being up to 39 degrees outside in the shade, it was nice and cool inside. Alen and Gloria were incredibly nice hosts who always responded immediately and took care of all our needs and gave us very good restaurant recommendations nearby. All in all: 100% recommendable.

Our stay at Mara’s was a joy. The sunrise and sunset views from the apartment are stunning, and Mara and family are extremely welcoming hosts. We strongly recommend staying here.

We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! We had a wonderful time at Goran’s place. The apartment was beautiful and it was easy to feel at home there. Wish we stayed longer!
