The Sheep Pen @ Nantygwreiddyn Barns

Reconnect with nature and enjoy the spectacular views from our hill farm in the Black Mountains. The historic stone barn has been sympathetically converted into two adjoining cottages. The Sheep Pen, a double bedroom with a double sofa bed downstairs and The Byre, with two double bedrooms. Fully self contained with kitchen areas, internet, smart TVs, handy USB sockets in all rooms and bedding and towels provided. Guests have access to our 60 acres of land where we keep rare breed sheep and deer.

There's a remote, "get away from it all" feeling, but we're just 3 miles from the main A470 road, and a short drive from Hay-on-Wye, Brecon, Builth Wells, and the Brecon Beacons. Perfect for a self-catering stay, downstairs is open plan, with spacious kitchen, dining and lounge areas, and a toilet; upstairs has two bedrooms, and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Hen Berllan Shepherds Hut, Glasbury, Hay on Wye.

A luxury shepherd hut set in its own paddock overlooking the Wye valley and the Black mountains, close to the town of Hay on Wye and the Brecon Beacons National Park. Within the hut is a well equipped kitchen, en suite bathroom and foldaway double bed. There is a wood burning stove ensuring comfortable warmth all year round. There will be a welcome basket containing tea ,coffee, sugar, milk, bread, jam ,and welsh cakes . There is an outside seating area with barbecue and fire pit

Walkable to the village of Llyswen which has 2 pubs, a local shop and access to the river Wye. Close to most outdoor activities including walking, cycling and climbing. Secluded romantic lodge with full height windows overlooking meadows and the Wye. Has its own private garden with access to the meadows. Wake to the sound of the river and bird song. Open plan living room contains wood burner, comfortable couch, armchair, dining table and chairs, TV, Wifi, DAB and separate shower room. Equipped with microwave and top 'Which' rated mini oven, cupboards and what's needed for cooking. Your hosts live in the two hundred year old Mill house nearby.

We are ideally located for those wishing to attend Hay Festival & Royal Welsh. Also a great escape for walking and cycling enthusiasts with so many opportunities to explore our glorious countryside right on our doorstep.

Our cosy cabin at woodland park glamping is nestled within our beautiful ancient woodland yet is just 5 miles from the Historic town of Brecon and perfect for exploring the surrounding Brecon Beacons National Park. Step out of the cosy cabin into a nature wonderland filled with wildlife and wild flowers. At night sit around your fire pit where you can cook supper, toast marshmallows, listen to the owls and as the light fades, have your breath taken away by the star filled skies.
