Y Beudy is one of our 2 cottages, along with Y Bwthyn, it is a ground level cottage, converted from a stone cowshed with wheelchair access. Open plan lounge with log burner and kitchen/diner, double bedroom, bunk bed bedroom, wet room bathroom & original vaulted ceilings & beams throughout. With a private, enclosed, dog friendly, south facing garden, the views are beautiful. Red Kites circle overhead & the entire property is surrounded by farmland, with 5 acres of our land for you to explore.

Luxury Shepherds Hut on a Christmas Tree Farm

Adam and Jane welcome you to their 2 Luxury Shepherds Huts set on a Christmas Tree Farm in the Cambrian Mountains. Your own secluded fenced off enclosure with parking. Relax and unwind in the hot tub after visiting the local amenities around. Devils Bridge Falls, Hafod Estate, Teifi Pools. Gas BBQ (May-Sept) with outdoor seating and fire pit with the breath taking views to enjoy. Linen, towels and dressing gowns provided. Double bed. Ensuite. Kitchenette. Air Fryer. Log burner.

Self Contained Unit on a Smallholding

Guests can enjoy a sunny twin bedroom, self-catering kitchen space (breakfast cereals, tea and coffee facilities provided) with microwave oven, 2 x hob, air fryer, fridge and sink. Dining alfresco is an option in a private courtyard with outside table and chairs and a bbq is availabe on request, with plenty of space for bikes or kayaks etc. There is off-road parking for 2 vehicles. Locked parking available on request.

The Pod at Gwarcae

Enjoy the beautiful surroundings at this peaceful pod in the Welsh Hills, just over a mile outside Devils Bridge, which is famous for its waterfalls. The Pod is on a quiet country lane with lots of wonderful walks straight out the door. The Pod is cosy and the perfect spot to enjoy the quiet countryside and beautiful dark skies, whilst also having plenty of interesting things to do and see in the local area.

Fully self contained dog friendly Barn conversion.

Treflyn Barn is dog friendly, fully self contained holiday let. The Barn overlooks the Cors Caron Nature Reserve and backs onto the edge of the Cambrian Mountains. The property has oil fired central heating and an electric oven. Parking is in the barn courtyard. The barn is set on a hill with great views and offers a place of tranquillity. A beautiful cottage located in the quiet village of New Cross with beautiful countryside views and surroundings with private parking and outside area to relax and enjoy. It’s also only 4 miles from the University Town and Seaside Resort of Aberystwyth where there are numerous Shops, Cafes and Restaurants.

Ffermdy is spacious, spread over two floors with rooms that are full of natural light. Your home from home is perfect for singles, couples or a group of friends and family. Our apartment is also dog-friendly. The best part – it’s only half a 5 minute walk from the beach!
