A beatiful apartment to stay in Alassio. Direct view on the beach and sea. We enjoyed it a lot and will come back!

Very kind, helpful and friendly hosts. They welcomed us into a beautiful, clean, and spacious house with the sea a stone's throw away. Just cross the street and you're on the beach. The proximity of the tracks did not bother you at all, not even at night, in fact we had a very good rest. With a nice promenade you can reach the port/center and eat in one of the various places that the city offers or in one of the ones recommended by Lucia and Giuliano. We'll definitely be back next time. It's been a pleasure.

Excellent solution in the center of Finale Marina a stone's throw from the promenade, the beaches and the main square, and despite being in the center, the apartment is super quiet and no noise is heard. Maria Grazia is very kind and helpful and communication was effective. Very nice apartment with two bedrooms, a nice kitchenette, a sitting area and a beautiful terrace to enjoy in the warm months. Highly recommended.

Wonderful vacation, two terraces with an exceptional view... "Parthenope" movie model. It was really a shame to have to leave... Nadia is very kind and very helpful, everything was perfect... a beautiful bike path, which takes you to the center in 5 minutes... what can I say... A top apartment... for a wonderful Sanremo... Even more beautiful apartment than the photos and description, the only thing is the noise due to the collection of the trash can in front of the street but bearable. Very important parking spot. Everything is very clean and tidy. Accurate and available owners. We'll definitely be back soon because it's really a gem near the sea and downtown.

We were in constant communication with Mattia before arriving at the address. When we arrived at the address, everything was as described. The cleanliness of the apartment was very good. We did not experience any problems during our stay. Mattia's family was staying on the upper floor of the apartment we stayed in. They are immediately reachable in case of any problems. As a result, we enjoyed the sun, sea and sand. It was a quiet and peaceful environment. Definitely recommended.

Without a doubt an extremely refined and beautiful place to be. This villa has been in Silvio’s family for a while and the thought and care that continuously goes into making it beautiful inside and out is extraordinary. We had a short but wonderful time and won’t soon forget it. Recommended for a memorable occasion.

We had a great week on the Ligurian coast! Sergio's apartment in Bergeggi was a great fit for us as a family of five, the terrace and the sea view are beautiful. Many beautiful beaches can be reached by car in a short time. We would definitely come back! Thank you!

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed in. The view from the balcony is absolutely beautiful; I could relax there all day. We spent a few weeks here as digital nomads, and the house is perfect for that purpose. We had everything we needed for a long-term stay. Gemma and Federico are incredible heart people and warmly welcomed us. The apartment is spacious and partially newly renovated. The two go out of their way to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The location of the house is not far from the beach, restaurants are within walking distance. We had a great time, thanks!

My husband, our 12 year old son and I had great 12 days at this property and the surrounding area. It completely corresponds to Giulia's description. The associated parking space in an underground garage is a 5-minute walk away and was very generous to park. The location of the accommodation (very quiet yet central) was excellent for the many excursions along the coast and into the hinterland. We were able to park our bikes comfortably in the garden, which contains very nice lemon trees, a ping-pong table and chairs as well as a table to linger. The surrounding area has many caffes and restaurants. Our son has to eat gluten-free and we found right one street away an excellent pizzeria (My Dream) making an excellent gluten-free pizza. We can definitely recommend this place.

Staying in Rita's house is like being at home. Very clean rooms and very well equipped for everything. The house is very cool even without turning on the air conditioner (the thermal coat at the house does its job in a great way). The location is really great as you are not even a 1 minute walk from the sea. In the area there are restaurants for all kinds, and in the surroundings there are also supermarkets and convenience stores if needed. I recommend Rita's place to everyone if you want to spend a few days in complete relaxation just a stone's throw from the sea. We are quite a habit of the area, and surely Rita's place will be our first choice as to how much we will go back to these parts.

Bartolomeo's place was our place for 2 weeks, but even more than we felt at home. Elevator, parking, restaurants around the corner, convenient supermarket within easy reach. In front of the house the Mediterranean. Very nice neighborhood in the house. The location is wonderful. Menton Nice monte carlo, Eze in one direction and sanremo imperia in the other. Bartolomeo's apartment is very clean and comfortable. Bartolomeo always responded very quickly and kindly to questions,and discreetly asked every few days if we needed anything else. Checking in with the lockbox was easy. Vallecrosia also has many other beautiful things to offer in its location. Long talked short sense,Bartolomeo's apartment is highly recommended. We are guests at Maddalena and Riccardo's place x 2 days, and I have to say that it was like being at home!! Everything is very clean, nothing is missing!! From coffee to detergent x wash!! A few steps from the sea and the center of Cogoleto (which can be reached with a pleasant walk), Raffaella's apartment is a small jewel. We really felt right at home, with all the necessary amenities. There's really nothing missing! The sofa bed is also spacious and comfortable. All necessary information is provided. Very quiet and green area, nice and kind neighbors. Raffaella and Aldo were available during our stay and friendly, we will definitely be back and recommend it to everyone.

We've had a great time, went Swimming, mountainbiking (Varazze is having amazing trails), enjoying the Sun and fresh air our wonderful holiday home. The view is fantastic, at springtime it was very quiet, the beds are supercomfy. You should be able to Do many Stairs

We had some lovely days in Laigueglia! Welcoming and very friendly hosts. The apartment was equipped with everything you need. The location is perfect in the middle of the village and close to the beach.

The apartment has a large terrace with full sea views, beautiful. It is freshly renovated, the bathroom and kitchen are modern and perfectly clean. It is in a closed compound with safety, it is very quiet and it gives access to the promenade on the sea. To get to the village of Cogoleto, it takes 30 minutes to walk, so it takes a little while to go for a quick run or go to the restaurant. The coast is very beautiful, the walk to Cogoleto and the villages all around very pretty, the sea, the palm trees, old houses. It was Margherita who received us, she was super nice, pro-active and always reacted very quickly. We really appreciated that she put basic products in the kitchen, like sugar, salt, oil, pasta, tomato sauce, cereals, etc.
