Chalet vacation rentals in Locarno District

We had a great stay in Fiesch. Simone is a great Host and was helpful anytime. The house is located close to the train station and gondola station tobte Aletsch glacier. We would like to come back anytime.

The place was amazing: great view and very peaceful with the sound of sheep in the background. The garden and its beautiful flowers were very relaxing. The host was very welcoming and concerned about our well-being. We were with our dog who was also very well received (bed, cookies,...). Thank you very much to our host!

I spent a weekend here for my birthday and I am so grateful I was able to spend my time there. It was more than I could ask for, awesome.

A lovely chalet with three independent bedrooms and a spacious living room and kitchen. Everything was very clean. Just a few meters away, there is a free public swimming pool and a bouldering hall. The ski lift to Fiescheralp is within walking distance, though carrying boots, skis, and managing kids might make it feel like a bit of a trek. Alternatively, there is a train stop at the resort, which was quite convenient for us. The ski lift is just one stop away. The only drawback is that the chalet has only one bathroom. We were four adults and two children and mornings got a little hectic!

Well-kept and carefully furnished apartment. We felt very comfortable. Everything as described. We will be happy to come back.

Authentically renovated rustic house, where we felt very comfortable even on rainy days. The property is equipped with everything you need. The house warms up quickly with the wood-burning stove and is very comfortable. Hosts Sandro and Petra are extremely helpful. The location in Selma is centrally located in the valley and is a good starting point for hikes or family time on the river. We will be happy to come back.

Maya’s place was our idea of a getaway. You get to connect with the nature and get to experience a bit of the life of the locals. Maya was a super super host; we felt welcomed and right at home. We spent a wonderful week in Obergesteln and in the apartment Breithorn. The location as well as the size and furnishings of the apartment were great. The three spacious rooms were great to share the apartment with six people. We enjoyed the large and bright living area, from which you have a fantastic view into the valley. Highly recommended and gladly again.

A fantastic chalet, immaculate inside and out. The owner was engaging from the point of entry and responded immediately when we encountered a minor issue. Despite being out the country on holiday, he resolved the issue without delay. 5 star property with a 5 star host.

The former charmingly converted storage is worthwhile for those who are looking for peace and would like to occupy a Hüsli with an alpine coziness factor for themselves during the holidays. Spread over 3 floors ( bathroom on the ground floor), it offers everything you need to relax in 'little‘ space. Connected by a spiral staircase that may not be for everyone in case the 'sore muscles‘ gets too severe. From Reckingen you can discover the Goms very well. In wintertime, a cross-country skiing paradise! In the village there is a Volg( supermarket), butcher and a bakery as well as 2 hotels with restaurants. The accommodation is sparkling clean, gets warm, and if you have studied the photos from the outside well, it can also be found...

Thomas' vacation home is unique. The converted barn is very clean and decorated with a lot of love. Thomas is accommodating and very easy to reach. The neighborhood is very quiet. On our first day, Thomas was personally present and showed us the house and explained the details. A freshly baked braid was ready for us on the kitchen table. Thomas is a very good host.

As a group of 12, we had a wonderful stay. We also had the use of Little Gemsstock which worked very well. The house is well located, close to the Gemsstock chair lift and on the regular ski bus route. The kitchen, dining and lounge area is a lovely space, well furnished and cosy. The host was super responsive and very helpful with tips about Andermatt. Would definitely recommend :)
