Vacation rentals with a patio in Loctudy

Rosanna is a host who is as smiling and warm as she is discreet. The accommodation is well equipped, very clean, and is extremely well located, in the quiet of Pont-Aven but a 5-minute walk from all shops and the city center. My stay was lovely in this beautiful area.

We had a wonderful, much too short week for Judy. The place was super cozy, clean and very well appointed. Everything worked tiptop. And what's nicer than waking up in the morning and seeing the sea directly? From the property you can take many beautiful walks, or you can drive to attractions not too far away. There's a lot to discover! We met Judy and her husband briefly, two very nice, helpful people. We will come back as soon as we can!!!

Catherine's house was quite wonderful. Our apartment was newly renovated and everything is really very nice and tastefully furnished. Partly modern, partly with old Breton furniture. Located is the small historic ensemble very close to Mer Blanche, only a short day of walking and you are there. The beach here is almost 4 km long, there is no development and you are all alone here this time of year. I'm sure it's even more beautiful here in the summer. So if you are looking for sun, beach, good food and a nice ambiance, this is the place to be. We highly recommend Caterine and your place and have 5 stars! Philipp and Katrin

Such a lovely little pied a terre, handy for the centre of Quimper. The apartment is completely spotless, beautiful and clean, with a great welcome gift. The courtyard garden is surprisingly large, with comfortable furniture. Inside, I loved the balance of old stone and new furnishings. Merci bien Gwenaelle.

Quiet apartment, bright ,spacious, well decorated, in a secure building. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable with the queen size beds. The amenities are new. The owner is very responsive to messages and very accommodating. The contact was very nice. We had a great weekend there. Beautiful visits or activities nearby: kerfany beach, the lands of Nataé, the ports... a good place to keep! i recommend it!

A home that's right now. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. The wonderful beaches. The world-famous Cadoret oysters are just a stone's throw away and Chez Jacky's restaurant is worth the tasting. The hikes,the landscapes are beautiful . On the sweet side,the mint chocolate cake, Breton specialties that are in the spotlight at the Charlie bakery and pastry shop. The cocktails at the beach of Tenez at the Beach BarBus of the islands with the beaches as far as the eye can see. The friendly lady at the campsite is another warm atmosphere and its flowers as beautiful as her kindness. The neighboring ports,I visited at least 7 all beautiful and different . The people are all polite, welcoming and wonderful. I recommend this bright, relaxing, peaceful place to recharge and positively. Breizh ❤️👑

We had a great weekend in this beautiful home for a reunion with friends. The house was perfect for the occasion: clean, well-equipped, ideally located a few steps from the sea, and spacious enough to accommodate 10 adults and children. Thanks to Laëtitia for the cribs and extra beds. Communication with her was excellent before and during our stay, Laëtitia being very responsive and available for all our questions.

very clean and pleasant rental, very responsive and kind hosts. on the other hand for the price, it is missing a dishwasher and some brochures about things to do in this touristy region.

A very nice stay at this property. Well-equipped, spacious and as described. The welcome was warm and the host very available to answer our questions. The location is convenient with quick access to the beach, bakery and supermarket. We recommend it.

We had a lovely stay at Daniela's. The accommodation is bright, very peaceful, very clean and well-equipped. The terrace is very pleasant, including the garden furniture and plancha. The beach is a few minutes' walk away. We'll be happy to go back.

Second time at Sophie's. Always an excellent stay. Everything is perfectly tidy, everything is impeccable, her house is a real cocoon where you immediately feel perfectly good. The cozy decor is neat and everything is ultra functional. The quiet environment is great and the small village nearby is very pleasant and offers all amenities. From the house everything is possible, the sea is very easily accessible and the area is full of places each more beautiful than the last. Recommended +++++

We stayed as a family of four in the house for two weeks. The house has two spacious bedrooms on the upper floor. On the first floor there is a large living area with a fireplace and TV, a dining area, the kitchen and also a smaller living area with access to an inner courtyard. The first floor is therefore very spacious and open. The garden is overgrown with a hedge and you can sit here, as well as in the described courtyard. The house is quietly located in a small hamlet. To the beach it's by bike approx. 10 minutes. Bakers or grocery stores are easily accessible by bike or car. Communication with Alexandre went smoothly and even with a minor problem, help was very quick. He also gave very good tips for beaches, excursions and more. We really enjoyed our vacation in the house and would be happy to come back.

We had a great time with the family in the house. Conveniently located, close to the beach and trails and the center. Very well equipped, perfect for reunions!
