Under the central porch, there is a large wellness area with a jacuzzi (for 6-7 people) and a sauna. Outside, access, parking and garden are private.

A 13th century estate, listed as a Historical Monument, it is located on the edge of Lake Grand Lieu, on a partly wooded plot of 10 hectares. Possibility to walk in the forest and discover its fauna (deer, falcons...) and its flora. Tables and chairs are available for an outdoor meal.

In a charming 14 th -century estate 2.5 km from Guérande, close to the beaches, salt marshes and Brière, beautiful room with independent entrance, toilet, bathroom and private shower.
