Beautiful Auvergne house with beautiful volumes ideal for a stay with friends. Absolute calm in the back of the cul-de-sac. We had a very pleasant weekend there. When we arrived, the stove was ready, only to crack a match, be careful very much. Recommended.

The area is very quiet and fantastically beautiful, a paradise for nature lovers. The house is really right on one of the most beautiful hiking trails in the area. The house is not particularly large (for 4 people plus dog) but very thoughtfully and stylishly furnished. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come again.

The place is great for a couple with a pet. We immediately felt good there. Séverine is committed to making us feel at home. It has everything, nothing is missing. We had a great time in Martine's pretty house. The setting is idyllic and quiet, the accommodation is very clean, perfectly equipped, and well located for traveling around the area. Despite the low outside temperatures, we were always warm in the house which is very well heated. Martine is a very accommodating and welcoming host. We'll be happy to come back in the summer!

What a delightful space from which to explore the wonderful Lyon. Laurent was generous with his time, recommendations, and accommodating flexibility. A flawless host. His home is grand in proportions and has some really lovely features - remote controlled sky light windows ...chic! The bed is very comfortable and for light sleepers a dream, as it's quiet and you can make the room so dark you could hibernate. The location is also a great spot from which to explore all the different neighbourhoods.

The apartment is a little quirky but feels very French, like you’re staying in someone’s home. The view is absolutely stunning! The bed and linens are very comfortable and we slept well. The location is very walkable and there are plenty of great restaurants, groceries and pharmacies nearby. A great jazz club, Hot Club Jazz Lyon, is literally behind the apartment. Just be aware that sleeping with the window open, needed while we were there over Easter weekend, can be very noisy with partying youngsters and very loud cars and motorcycles. Earplugs helped. We had a wonderful time in Lyon and highly recommend the apartment if you’re looking for an authentic experience.

Very nice stay and apartment, close to walks and Thiers to visit. We had to drive further to get to the best hikes anyway. Very cute accommodation, well decorated with everything you need and the pleasure of the wood stove. A lot of small touches like eggs from her chickens on arrival, coffee/tea/kitchenware on site. Xavier's appartment is exactly in the center of town, right where you want to be. We were walking distance from great restaurants, the musée des beaux arts, etc. We loved our stay and all the nice furniture and decorative touches in his place.

A small but well appointed apartment on a quiet street in a building with lots of charm. Americans may be initially perplexed but eventually delighted to find a small dishwasher under the oven. Separate washer and dryer —unusual in Europe to have a separate dryer—was a great advantage after several days in a hotel. Well decorated and comfortable with good light.

A very pleasant accommodation, nicely decorated , very well equipped and extremely well located near several must-sees in Orleans including the Cathedral. The location is perfect and allows you to do everything on foot by easy and quick access to all the shops. A place to recommend! The only accuracy that deserves to be added to the listing: ceiling height. Indeed, in 80% of this superb apartment (kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and part of the living room) the ceiling height is less than 1m90. This is an important clarification for the tall people I'm a part of, especially for a long stay.

Very good stay with Caroline, the house is perfect. Communication was very fluid with both Caroline and Christine who is also charming! Everything was perfect!

Very nice accommodation, nice and well arranged. We took full advantage of our stay. We were not able to enjoy the pool because it was not the period but we suspect that in the middle of the period it is a real asset. And the small river that passes at the bottom of the property brings more charm to this environment.

We had such an amazing stay at Cassandra's beautiful chateau!!! Fantastic space with gym and beautiful gardens and so peaceful. Such a magical region. Cassandra and her housekeeper Martina were amazing and very helpful. Our entire stay felt like we were in a fairy tale. :) Would definitely come back!

We had an unforgettable stay in this villa nestled in the heart of the vineyards, with breathtaking views of the Gironde. The house is a haven of peace, with no immediate neighbors, while being only minutes from the village. Spacious and tastefully decorated, it perfectly accommodated our family of 8. Every detail has been thought out to offer comfort and friendliness, and the soothing setting made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this villa for vacations for families or groups of friends. At our level we are thinking of staying there this summer to enjoy the pool area which is amazing!!

We had a dreamy week! Marjorie and Sébastien, are extraordinary hosts! Because of their responsiveness and communication! The house stands out for the many entertainment options both indoors and outdoors! If sun: a hot tub as well as a beautiful pool , a shaded terrace,its sofa area for a friendly aperitif will be present If rain: a cinema ( like a real one) , a balneo, an arcade with a multitude of games available , a PS4 …. What happiness!! In short, enough to recharge but also visit ,close to Mâcon and its vineyards , Brancion castle, 1 hour from Beaune . We'll be back!!! Thanks Marjorie and Sébastien des Hosts en Or 😉
