Vacation rentals with a balcony in Loire

Very good location. In the heart of the city center, many restaurants at the foot of the apartment, and yet very quiet apartment, very good sound insulation. Very nice apartment.

Accommodation corresponding to the description and close to the city center on foot in less than 30 minutes. And bus stop nearby as well as shops. Corresponding to our expectations.

Great apartment, very large and comfortable overall. Somewhat difficult to close the door from the outside Sofa bed very noisy and really tangles Other than that, it was great!

A perfect stay! The apartment was exactly as pictured, very clean, well-equipped and conveniently located. The host was very responsive and thoughtful, which made our experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend and will not hesitate to return the next time I visit!

Very nice cozy and functional apartment. The terrace is a ++ to enjoy the stay. In addition, ideally located for walking access to the beach and city center. The property is quiet and green with secure entrance. And finally, our host Alexandra is nice and available as needed. Experience of the place to relive with great pleasure!!

The accommodation and the stay went very well. The layout of the house is perfect . Little regret Not understood that there are no bedrooms downstairs but the sofa bed in the living room / I had requested by phone . And the gate facing the sea is not accessible for cars . And the one in the back is very difficult to access and manipulate . Somewhat complicated for elderly people.

Great, we were able to enjoy our stay independently. Easy to access, its location allows you to enjoy the beach and La Rochelle without being bothered with our car. A big thank you to Anaïs who was very responsive and attentive in messages, a great host! ☀️

⭐️Home from home⭐️ this stay was just amazing after a 3 week Europe travel it was lovely to stay in a place that felt just like HOME. this house is so comfortable and well equipped it has everything you need plus an added play room for children. this house is a HOME not a empty apartment but it's the part we loved the most. the garden is beautiful and the Host was lovely very quick at replying to messages and answered any questions we had straight away. we would definitely recommend this place to anyone especially families with young children. thank you for a lovely stay

This was our second Christmas break at Julian's place after being lucky enough to stumble upon it last minute last year. It was just as perfect as we remembered. A gorgeous space (especially the beautiful fireplace) in a beautiful little French village. There is lots of lovely countryside to roam around on your doorstep and a big town with lots to do nearby, but we spent most of our holiday relaxing by the fire. Julian is a great host. Very responsive and the apartment is easy to access and has always been perfectly clean and tidy when we arrive. Thank you for another lovely Christmas. We are already considering spending a third year in a row in Pocé-sur-Cisse so we can stay here again.

Brigitte's house is a true gem. The house is super beautiful, cosy and well equipped, and the garden is amazing. We stayed at Brigitte's place for the Easter holidays as an extended family in three generations, and enjoyed every minute. Each couple/family had their own space and Brigitte arranged good beds also for the smallest children. It was also very easy to walk /take the bus/take the metro to the city center. Very cute and comfy logemebt. Our hosts were very welcoming and responsive. They even lent us bikes. Highly recommend and hope to come back soon!
