Located in a beautiful stone building, dating from the 18th century, this apartment has been completely refurbished in a loft style. You will appreciate the calm and comfort as well as its location in the heart of Bordeaux. Apartment on the 3rd floor, without elevator access. The apartment consists of a large and pleasant 32 m2 living room, a bedroom and a duplex bathroom. It is possible to sleep 2 children on the 2 sofas in the living room, each equipped with a comfortable 80/200 cm mattress. In the large and pleasant kitchen bathed in light you will find all the comforts: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, induction stove, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine. 4 public parking lots are nearby between 3 to 5 minutes' walk. Please note that the apartment is on the 3rd floor without elevator access. I will be available to guests before and throughout their stay to provide the necessary information about the city, its activities... The prestigious address of this apartment will allow you to enjoy the whole city of Bordeaux on foot: Place Gambetta, the Grand Hommes and the Grand Théâtre but also, of course, museums, shops and restaurants. You have access to all public transport (bus and tram) in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, as well as airport shuttles, taxis and public parking. You will be 10 minutes by tram from Saint Jean train station. We thank our guests for respecting the tranquility of the place, our apartment is not suitable for partying.

It is served by bus lines, including line 1 connecting the airport to the train station (stop at the foot of the building) and close to the République parking lot 200 m away.

Ideally located 10 minutes from Lake Bariousses, 15 minutes from Treignac and 30 minutes from Lake Vassivière; you can enjoy on-site tennis activities, walks in the forest or along the river, at no extra cost. You can also fish in the pond (hours and rates on carpodrome.fr).

Cozy 30 m2 studio located in the heart of the historic center of La Rochelle. Ideally located on the Place de l'Hôtel de Ville, in a pedestrian street close to the Old Port, shops, restaurants, bars, the Old Market... The apartment is located on the first floor of an old renovated stone building. You won't need a car to get around. Everything can be reached on foot, by bike or by scooter. Parking nearby. Access to the train station in 10 minutes.

Relax in this unique and tranquil space. Located near the new Rennes-Angers axis, as a couple or for work, you will spend pleasant nights in an atypical setting. Day use possible upon availability upon request. The accommodation is of course completely non-smoking. The price indicated for 2 people is for one bed (for the sofa bed with sheets, a supplement will be requested). The space is a fully open space, not suitable for colleagues.

In a building of character, quiet, on the second and top floor, bright, LOFT Type 2 of 50 m² habitable, industrial style, offering high-end services, combining the charm of the old (old parquet, high ceiling, exposed stones) and contemporary. In a green setting we offer a quiet, warm, self-contained loft, a short walk from the city center, close to shops and 20'walk to the SNCF train station. We have kept the authenticity of the place and provide a complete service (linens, cleaning, hot drinks, private parking for your bikes or motorcycles only, firewood...). On 40M² we host independently from 1 to 4 people (a queen bed, a 130 sofa bed).
