Cozy year-round house used for summer house in the North Jutland resort town of Løkken. Located just 200 meters from the beach and a short walk from the city center. The house is furnished with 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor with space for 6 people and bathroom. The ground floor has a kitchen, cozy living room furnished with sofas and TV, and dining room with access to terrace and garden. There is a large enclosed garden behind the house with garden furniture, sun loungers, hammock and barbecue. In the basement there is a washing machine and dryer.

The summerhouse at Lønstrup is an older, well-maintained and cozy summerhouse, tastefully decorated and located on a large, southwest sloping nature plot. The grounds are surrounded by large trees that provide good shelter for the west wind and create many play opportunities for children. The summerhouse is located in the middle of the magnificent nature by the North Sea. A small path leads from the house over the dune to the North Sea, a walk of about 10 minutes, where you will find some of Denmark's most beautiful bathing beaches.

Cozy old cottage

We just gave the house an upgrade. Here, we have added a little more space for, among other things, the diner. There is a new kitchen , now with a dishwasher. Three bedrooms all with duvets and pillows. You must bring your own bed linen and towels when you visit the summer house. You are not allowed to have pets in the cottage Many nice sun nooks around the house. Many opportunities for walking in mixed terrain. From the house there are about 10 minutes walk to the North Sea. Biking distance to Løkken and 1/2 hour drive to Aalborg

The style leads your mind to the sea, the dunes, and the special charm of bathhouses. The apartment is 82 sqm with 2 bedrooms with 3/4 bed, as well as attached living room/kitchen. It has direct access to a wonderful west-facing terrace with views of the sand dunes and the city rooftops. The apartment is on the 1st floor. New cozy summerhouse from 2009 at North Sea Denmark in the middle of very nice nature dunes and trees near Løkken and Blokhus, only 350m from beautiful beach. Many nice terrace free from wind and neighbors There’s room for hole family and nice light and nature coming via the huge windows. Everything inside house are very good quality. Nice bathroom with spa for 1-2 persons, 13m2 Activity-room. Playground and minigolf only 100m away..... Price incl electricity, water, heating etc.
